A fan includes a fan frame and a driving device. The fan frame includes a base, a frame shell and static blades arranged on the periphery of the base. The driving device includes a stator structure and a rotor structure. The stator structure includes a stator magnetic pole group and a bushing. The rotor structure includes a bearing, a shaft, a rotor shell, a magnetic structure, a magnetic shell and blades. The shaft is connected with the rotor shell and disposed through the bearing. The stator magnetic pole group magnetically drives the magnetic structure to rotate the rotor shell. Two ends of the frame shell are configured with two turning portions, respectively. The two turning portions are disposed between parts of the frame shell with different curvatures. A curvature of the first turning portion is larger than a curvature of the second turning portion.

An impeller and a fan are provided. The impeller includes a hub, a plurality of first blades, a plurality of second blades and a connecting member. The plurality of first blades are disposed around the hub separately. Each first blade is connected with a periphery of the hub. The plurality of second blades are disposed around the hub separately. Each second blade is disposed away from the periphery of the hub and located between two adjacent first blades of the plurality of first blades. The connecting member is disposed around the hub and penetrated through the plurality of first blades and the plurality of second blades. The connecting member is not in contact with a first edge of any side of each first blade. The connecting member is not in contact with a second edge of any side of each second blade.

Impeller and fan employing same

A fan includes a frame, an impeller and a motor. The impeller includes a hub, a plurality of blades, first air-guiding plates and second air-guiding plates. The hub has a tapered shape. A width of the hub gradually increases along a direction from a top portion of the hub to a bottom portion of the hub. The hub has at least an air vent. The blades are disposed around an outer periphery of the hub. The first air-guiding plates and the second air-guiding plates are disposed around an inner periphery of the hub. The first air-guiding plates are arranged between two of the second air-guiding plates in staggered. The second air-guiding plates are arranged between two of the first air-guiding plates in staggered. The first air-guiding plates and the second air-guiding plates have different thicknesses, heights or shapes.

Mixed flow fan with enhanced heat dissipation efficiency

A combination structure of a fan guard and static blades is disclosed. The fan guard includes an annular plate, multiple radial ribs, and multiple circumferential ribs. The annular plate is fixed on a motor base. The radial ribs arranged around the annular plate extend radially. The circumferential ribs are arranged concentrically and spacedly and connected with radial ribs in series. Each of the static blades includes a blade body, an inner and an outer coupling plate. The inner coupling plate and the outer coupling plate are arranged on two ends of the blade body respectively. The blade body is fixed on one side of the fan guard through the inner coupling plate being combined with one end of the radial rib and through the outer coupling plate being combined with another end of the radial rib to make the static blades be combined on the fan guard.

Combination structure of fan guard and static blades

A serial-type diagonal fan assembly having a first fan and at least one second fan is provided. The first fan has a first front fan frame and a first fan wheel. A first hub of the first fan wheel has a radial cross-sectional area increased from a top toward a bottom of the first hub. The second fan has a second front fan frame and a second fan wheel, the second hub of the second fan wheel has an axial cross-sectional area increased from a top to a bottom of the second hub. The first fan and the second fan are arranged in a series. A spoiler is arranged on a second air inlet of the second front fan frame, an outer edge of the spoiler is embedded in a positioning groove of the second front fan frame without protruding from the second front fan frame.

Serial-type diagonal fan assembly

A fan includes a fan frame and a driving device. The fan frame includes a base, a frame shell and static blades arranged on the periphery of the base. The driving device includes a stator structure and a rotor structure. The stator structure includes a stator magnetic pole group and a bushing. The rotor structure includes a bearing, a shaft, a rotor shell, a magnetic structure and blades. The shaft is connected with the rotor shell and disposed through the bearing. The stator magnetic pole group magnetically drives the magnetic structure to rotate the rotor shell. The blades are arranged on the periphery of the rotor shell. Two ends of the frame shell are configured with two turning portions, respectively. The two turning portions are disposed between parts of the frame shell with different curvatures.

A centrifugal fan is disclosed and includes a lower case, an impeller and an upper case. The lower case includes a bottom plate and a sidewall. The impeller is disposed on the bottom plate. The upper case is assembled with the sidewall to form an outlet. The upper case is formed by stamping and includes a first plane, an inlet and a grille. When the impeller is rotated, an airflow flowing from the inlet to the outlet is formed. The grille is protruded outwardly from the first plane, and includes a connecting frame and plural ribs. A spacing height is formed between the connecting frame and the inlet. Each rib has a first end connected to the connecting frame and a second end connected to the first plane. A pair of notches are disposed adjacent to two opposite lateral edges of the second end of the corresponding rib, respectively.

Centrifugal fan

A fan impeller includes a hub, a shaft, a metal housing and a plurality of blades. The outer periphery of the hub has a curved surface. The shaft is disposed in the hub and connected to the hub. The metal housing has an annular shape and is disposed in the hub. A magnetic ring is disposed at the inner side of the metal housing. The blades are disposed around the outer periphery of the hub. The blades are projected along an extension direction toward the shaft to define projection areas thereof, and the projection area of a top and a bottom of any one of the blades is partially overlapped with other two adjacent blades. A distance between an outer edge of each blade and a rotational axis of the fan decreases proximate the top of the blade and then increases towards the bottom of the blade.

Fan impeller

The disclosure relates to an asymmetrical double-outlet blower, including an upper case, a lower case and an impeller. The upper case includes an inlet. The lower case and the upper case are assembled to form a housing having an accommodation space, and form a first outlet and a second outlet. The accommodation space is in fluid communication with the first outlet, the second outlet and the inlet. The first outlet and the second outlet are disposed on a lateral periphery of the housing and face two opposite directions, respectively. An opening cross-sectional area of the first outlet is less than an opening cross-sectional area of the second outlet. The impeller is accommodated within the accommodation space of the housing, spatially corresponding to the inlet, and rotated around a rotation axis. An airflow is inhaled through the inlet and transported to the first outlet and the second outlet, respectively.

Asymmetrical double-outlet blower

A fan impeller includes a hub, a shaft, a metal housing, a magnetic ring and a plurality of blades. The outer periphery of the hub has a curved surface. The shaft is disposed in the hub and connected to the hub. The metal housing has an annular shape and is disposed in the hub. The magnetic ring is disposed at the inner side of the metal housing. The blades are disposed around the outer periphery of the hub.

An impeller includes a hub and blades. In radial direction, an upper surface of the blade near the outer edge includes a groove structure, a lower surface of the blade relating to the groove structure includes a peak structure, the lower surface of the blade includes a recess structure aside the trailing edge or the leading edge. The recess structure is connected to the peak structure. The blade has at least five airfoils from the inner edge to the outer edge. The blade is defined by continuously connecting the at least five airfoils at different sections in sequence so as to form the groove structure and the peak structure respectively on the upper surface and the lower surface. The groove structure and the peak structure are aside the outer edge of the blade.

Impeller and fan

A centrifugal fan is provided and includes an impeller, a motor, a first case and a second case. The motor is connected with the impeller to drive the impeller to rotate. The first case and the second case are assembled to form an accommodation space for accommodating the impeller and the motor. The first case includes a first side, a first guiding wall, a flow inlet and a flow outlet. The flow inlet is disposed on the first side, the first guiding wall is connected with the first side, and the flow outlet and the flow inlet are located at a same side of the centrifugal fan. The second case includes a second side and a second guiding wall connected with the second side. The first guiding wall and the second guiding wall are assembled to form a flow guiding channel, which has cross-sectional areas with different sizes.

A fan includes a frame, an impeller and a motor. The frame includes a base, a frame housing and a plurality of static blades. The frame housing includes an outlet. The static blades are disposed around the outer periphery of the base and connect between the base and the frame housing. A distance is provided between the outlet and the ends of the static blades located adjacent to the outlet, and the static blades are not protruding from the outlet. The impeller includes a hub and a plurality of rotor blades. The hub has a curved surface. The slopes of the straight lines connecting any two points on the curved surface are not equal. The rotor blades are disposed around the outer periphery of the hub. The motor is disposed on the base, and connects with and drives the impeller to rotate.
