Provided is a motor-integrated fluid machine that has improved performance and reliability by efficiently cooling a fluid machine body and a motor without increasing an installation space. The present invention is characterized by being provided with: a fluid machine unit that compresses or expands a fluid; a motor unit that has a drive shaft connected to the fluid machine unit; and a cooling fan that cools the motor unit and the fluid machine unit by sucking cooling air from the motor unit side and that is connected to the drive shaft at the side opposed to that connected to the fluid machine unit, wherein between the motor unit and the cooling fan, the minimum sectional area of a cooling air passage from the outside in the radial direction toward the drive shaft is larger than that of a cooling air passage from the motor unit side toward the cooling fan.

Motor-integrated fluid machine

A scroll-type fluid machine includes a motor unit and a main body. The motor unit includes a rotor, a stator, a shaft provided with an eccentric portion at a distal end of the shaft and configured to rotate integrally with the rotor, a main bearing configured to support the shaft, and a motor cover configured to house the rotor and the stator. The main bearing is fixed to an inside of the motor cover by a fixing flange. The main bearing supports the shaft and is located between the fixing flange and an end bracket on an opposite side of the main body unit with respect to the fixing flange.

A scroll fluid machine includes a main body and a motor unit. The main body unit configured to compress a fluid. The motor unit configured to drive the main body unit. Provided is a scroll-type fluid machine that prevents wear of the parts of the fluid machine and improves the reliability thereof by reducing the amount of dust that reaches a face seal. The present invention comprises a revolving scroll that includes an end plate and a lap part provided to the end plate, and that moves in a revolving manner; a fixed scroll that includes an end plate, a lap part provided to the end plate such that a compression chamber is formed between itself and the lap part of the revolving scroll, and a flange that opposes the end plate of the revolving scroll; and a face seal that is provided between the flange of the fixed scroll and the end plate of the revolving scroll, and that seals a space between the fixed scroll and the revolving scroll, with the scroll-type fluid machine further comprising a shield part that suppresses dust from reaching the face seal from the outside in the radial direction.

Scroll-type fluid machine

The objective of the present invention is to provide a scroll-type fluid machine, and a method for assembling this scroll-type fluid machine, with which an eccentric shaft and a non-eccentric part can be positioned easily in the same step, while allowing a main body unit and a motor unit to be separated and connected without being disassembled. To achieve this objective, this scroll-type fluid machine is equipped with a main body unit having a main body casing, a fixed scroll, and an orbiting scroll, and a motor unit having a drive shaft for driving the main body unit, and a motor casing, wherein the drive shaft protrudes from the motor casing and is attached to a slewing bearing of the main body unit, positioning holes into which a positioning member is inserted are formed on their respective opposing mating surfaces of the motor casing and the main body casing, and the dimensional difference between main-body-casing-side insertion opening of the positioning hole and the motor-casing-side end surface of the slewing bearing in the axial direction is less than the dimensional difference between the main-body-unit-side tip ends of the drive shaft and the positioning member in the axial direction.

Scroll-type fluid machine and method for assembling same

A package type compressor includes a housing, a compressor, a motor, an inverter, and a cooling fan. The housing has an air inlet. The compressor is disposed inside the housing where it compresses the air. The compressor is disposed in a compressor body inside the housing. The motor is disposed above the compressor inside the housing, and drives the compressor. The inverter is disposed in the region of the air inlet of the housing, and controls a rotation speed of the motor. The cooling fan is disposed inside of the compressor body. The cooling fan generates a flow path of cooling air within the package type compressor. The inverter is disposed in such a way that as the flow path of cooling air enters the air inlet of the housing, the flow path of cooling air passes directly over the inverter thereby cooling the inverter.

Package type compressor

Provided is a compressor capable of calculating the correct time remaining before maintenance. The compressor is provided with: a compressor body that compresses fluid; a motor that drives the compressor body; a temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the compressor; a pressure sensor that detects the pressure of the compressed fluid outputted from the compressor body; and a calculation unit that calculates the time remaining before maintenance for the compressor body, using the temperature of the compressor and the pressure of the compressed fluid assigned with respective predetermined weights. The calculation unit changes the weighting of the temperature according to the pressure of the compressed fluid or the operation rate of the compressor body.

Compressor

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a scroll fluid machine, the reliability of which is ensured and which can be manufactured with high productivity. The present invention provides a scroll fluid machine comprising: a stationary scroll having a spiral wrap upstanding therefrom; an orbiting scroll provided facing the stationary scroll and orbiting; a casing provided outside the orbiting scroll; a drive shaft for causing the orbiting scroll to orbit; an orbiting bearing for transmitting the rotational movement of the drive shaft to the orbiting scroll; and a plurality of rotation prevention mechanisms for preventing the orbiting scroll from rotating. The scroll fluid machine is characterized in that: the rotation prevention mechanisms have crankshafts and also have crank bearings for supporting the crankshafts; and the gap between each of the crankshafts and the corresponding one of the crank bearings is set to be greater than the gap between the drive shaft and the orbiting bearing.

A plurality of notches or holes is formed on a motor housing or compressor casing. This permits assembling of the auxiliary crankshaft to the auxiliary crank bearing even after the motor housing and the compressor casing are fastened together. Hence, the assembly can be performed in sequential steps.
