An electric circular saw includes a housing, a motor including a motor shaft enabled to rotate about a first rotation axis, and a transmission assembly including a first transmission member and a second transmission member. The motor shaft has a first end and a second end oppositely arranged in a longitudinal direction and the first transmission member is mounted to the second end of the motor shaft. In a coordinate system having an origin defined by a point on a center line of the second transmission member, a positive direction of an X axis defined by a forward direction of the electric circular, and a positive direction of a Y axis defined by an upper side of the electric circular saw, the second end of the motor shaft is arranged in a first quadrant of the coordinate system.

A rotation speed control method for impact type fastening tools has a presetting step and a dynamic control step. The presetting step includes setting a plurality of working positions, and setting a PWM signal with a larger duty cycle as a driving signal in a period after energization so that a motor can rotate at a higher speed and improve work efficiency. When a main controller judges, according to feedback, that the operation enters an impact phase and torsion control is needed to reduce rotation speed, the main controller makes adjustment by driving the motor with a PWM signal with a lower duty cycle corresponding to a working position currently set by the user. The control method improves work efficiency, and meet the user's need of driving a fastener with a higher rotation speed at an early stage of operation. In the torsion control phase, the method according to the present invention can automatically use a suitable torsion to drive the fastener to better meet the user's needs in operation and enable the user to obtain an excellent experience of use.

A sander according to the present invention having a housing, a motor mounted in the housing, wherein the housing comprises an upper housing section and a lower housing section, the upper housing section includes an inner surface, the lower housing section includes a motor housing, the lower housing section at least partially overlapped by the upper housing section, and a grip portion formed on the upper housing section. The upper housing section is connected with the lower housing section through a damping means including at least a damping element positioned on the inner surface the upper housing section and on the periphery of the motor housing section, the damping element engaged with engagement member. The arrangement of the damping means simplifies the connection between the upper and lower housing sections, while effectively reducing the vibrations in the horizontal and vertical directions when the sander is in use.

This invention provides an auto hammer comprising a housing, a head assembly including a striking device and transmission mechanism. The striking device includes a striking rod having a striking end. The transmission mechanism includes an impact wheel. The distance from the end surface of the striking end of the striking rod to the center of the impact wheel between 40 mm and 100 mm. This distance is arranged very small, in favor of the hammer being used in some narrow spaces. The auto hammer according to this invention meets the requirements of being used in narrow spaces by hands, thereby suitable for use in various circumstances.

A jigsaw with the functions of blade scrolling and blade pendulum movement comprises a housing, a motor, a reciprocating rod and a motor transmission system. The motor transmission system transfers the rotation of the motor to an up-and-down movement of the reciprocating rod to drive the blade to make an up-and-down cutting operation. The jigsaw still comprises a control device used to control the blade scrolling and the blade pendulum movement and control device comprises a blade button, a set of link rods and a pendulum axis. The rotation of the blade button drives the reciprocating rod to rotate so as to rotate the blade. The pendulum axis is a cam mechanism used to control the rang of the pendulum movement of the blade. The rotation of the pendulum axis will drive the set of link rods so as to control the blade button.

A laser level with adjustable laser projection line comprises a support bracket, a housing, a switch, a laser generator which project a fanned laser beam to the surface of the work piece to form a line, and wherein a rotating mechanism is coupled to rotate the laser generator thereby causing rotation of the line. The present invention relates to a power tool with battery power supply comprising a main body and a detachable battery package which are connected with each other via a securing frame and a locking assembly. The securing frame includes a guiding device, an locking/unlocking button located on one of the main body and the battery package. An electrical connection is provided between a motor in the main body and the battery package, and includes a plurality of electrode connectors and corresponding electrode contact tabs. A mechanism for creating a non-mechanical force is located between the main body and the battery package for pushing the battery package out of the securing frame. With such a mechanism, when the battery package is required to be replaced by another one or detached for charging, it is merely necessary to press the unlocking button downward, and the battery package then automatically slides out of the securing frame via the effect of the force so as to facilitate detaching the battery package from the main body of the power tool.

A jig saw for more precise movement during cutting with a laser alignment system for projecting a marker onto a workpiece to align with a target line to be cut. The laser alignment system comprises a housing, a laser generator within the housing, an internal battery supplying the laser generator, a switch which is positioned within the housing and independent of the main switch to turn on and turn off the laser generator. By turning on the switch, the laser generator projects a laser beam onto the workpiece ahead of the blade in alignment with the plane of the blade. The operator only needs to align the projected laser line along a target line on the workpiece to attain the more precise cutting without concentrating his observation exactly ahead of the cutting blade.
