The first image is managed through registration of the first information in the blockchain, and the second information is registered in the blockchain if the information management apparatus determines that the modification content of the second image meets the permission condition.

In a case where it is determined that the second signal has been input, the control unit performs control to perform communication in the second transfer mode.
