In a reset period of a first stage, a switching circuit is turned on, and high-level driving voltages are output from driving circuits. In a charge transfer period subsequent to the reset period, the switching circuit is turned off, and low-level driving voltages are output from the driving circuits. It is determined whether or not an output voltage of an amplifier circuit in the charge transfer period is included in a normal range. In the inspection of a second stage subsequent to the first stage, in the same manner as in the normal measurement, voltages having opposite phases are output from the driving circuits in the reset period and the charge transfer period, and it is determined whether or not the output voltage of the amplifier circuit in the charge transfer period is included in a normal range.

Inspection method of sensor device and sensor device

A humidity sensing portion is mounted in a gap between a first opposite member and a second opposite member. Metal joints and dummy joints are provided in the gap between the first opposite member and the second opposite member, and the two opposite members are fixed to each other through the metal joints and the dummy joints. Since only the metal joints and the dummy joints are present in the gap between the two opposite members, gas to be measured is easily introduced into the humidity sensing portion, and the sensing response to the humidity change is improved.

Input device and display apparatus

A display device according to an embodiment includes a touch panel, a plurality of detecting units, a blocking unit, and a calculating unit. The display device is incorporated in a vehicle, and the touch panel receives a pressing operation. The plurality of detecting units detect a pressure value on the touch panel.

A magnetic head contains a write magnetic head and a read magnetic head. The write magnetic head includes a lower core layer, an upper core layer arranged over the lower core layer, and a coil layer for applying a magnetic field to the lower and upper core layers. The read magnetic head includes an upper shield layer, a lower shield layer, and a reproducing device arranged between the upper shield layer and the lower shield layer. The upper shield layer has a dimension A in a direction of track width and a dimension B in a direction of height and has an aspect ratio B/A ranging from 0.6 to 1.2. The dimension A ranges from 75 &#x3bc;m to 150 &#x3bc;m.
