An audio device includes a plurality of reflective components that reflect sound emitted from a loudspeaker unit. The audio device forms a reflective space surrounded by the plurality of reflective components. The audio device includes an acoustic channel that is tube-shaped and includes an opening on one end and a terminating portion on an other end, the one end being connected to a communication hole provided in a reflective component among the plurality of reflective components, and a sound absorbing material disposed at a central portion of a sound path formed by the acoustic channel.

A loudspeaker device includes: a first loudspeaker unit; a first cabinet that supports the first loudspeaker unit; a second loudspeaker unit that is disposed on a sound-emitting side of the first loudspeaker unit, and emits sound in a same direction as a direction in which the first loudspeaker unit emits sound; a second cabinet that is disposed between the first loudspeaker unit and the second loudspeaker unit, and supports the second loudspeaker unit; and a resonator that is disposed between the first loudspeaker unit and the second cabinet, and includes an opening that opens toward a diaphragm of the first loudspeaker unit.

Speaker device

A speaker device includes a first speaker unit, a first cabinet that houses the first speaker unit, and an annular portion defining a sound path that guides sound radiated from the first speaker unit to outside the first cabinet, the annular portion being positioned on a sound radiation side of the first speaker unit and arranged so as to sound a diaphragm in the first speaker unit. The speaker device also includes a second cabinet arranged inside the annular portion and spaced apart from the sound path, the sound path being annular, and a second speaker unit that radiates sound in a direction in which the first speaker unit radiates sound and that is stored in the second cabinet. The speaker device further includes a resonant portion having an aperture communicating with the sound path and defining a resonant space.

A method is provided for causing a processor included in a speaker system to execute operations. The operations include acquiring, using a measurement microphone, reflected sound information regarding an effect of sounds that are played back by a plurality of speakers having predetermined directivity and that are reflected off an object, where the plurality of speakers are included in the speaker system. The operations also include calculating correction coefficients used to correct acoustic characteristics of the plurality of speakers on the basis of the acquired reflected sound information. The operations further include correcting the acoustic characteristics of the plurality of speakers using the calculated correction coefficients.

Signal processing method and speaker system

A speaker device for reproducing an audio signal includes a first speaker including a first diaphragm and a first magnetic circuit that drives the first diaphragm, where the first diaphragm reproduces an audio signal including a predetermined frequency range, a second speaker including a second diaphragm and a second magnetic circuit that drives the second diaphragm, where the second diaphragm reproduces an audio signal including a frequency range substantially the same as the predetermined frequency range, and at least one cabinet having the first speaker and the second speaker mounted therein so that radiation directions of sounds are opposite to each other. At least part of a space formed between the first speaker and the second speaker communicates with the outside of the cabinet. When the speaker device reproduces the audio signal, the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm vibrate in opposite directions.

A speaker diaphragm includes: a vibrator; and a suspension adhered to an outer peripheral part of the vibrator and supporting the vibrator so that the vibrator can vibrate, at least part of the suspension including a top surface member constituting a top surface part of the suspension, a rear surface member constituting a rear surface part of the suspension, and an intermediate member between the top surface member and the rear surface member, these members being stacked, the intermediate member having a rigidity lower than that of at least one of the top surface member and the rear surface member, the top surface member having one or more first holes, the rear surface member having one or more second holes, and at least some of the first holes and second holes being dispose so as to overlap across the intermediate member in a direction in which the members are stacked.

Speaker diaphragm, speaker, device, and method for manufacturing speaker diaphragm

A speaker includes a diaphragm and a magnetic circuit, a plurality of acoustic paths that provide connection between a space formed on a side including the magnetic circuit with respect to the diaphragm and a space exterior to the speaker are formed in the magnetic circuit, and the plurality of acoustic paths include a first acoustic path and a second acoustic path that differs in acoustic impedance from the first acoustic path.

Speaker and audio-visual system

A speaker system includes a speaker cabinet that has an opening, a first speaker including a first diaphragm, and at least one acoustic tube opened at both ends. When an amplitude of vibration of the first diaphragm vibrated by applying a correction AC signal together with the first AC signal to the first speaker is equalized to the amplitude of vibration of the second diaphragm, a sound pressure reproduced by vibration of the first diaphragm is equal to or lower than a sound pressure reproduced by vibration of the second diaphragm of the second speaker. This is accomplished by applying a third AC signal having a frequency equal to or higher than a minimum resonance frequency of the closed type cabinet determined by the internal volume of the closed type cabinet and the caliber of the second speaker is applied to the second speaker.

An earphone includes: a loudspeaker unit; a sound conductive tube which is connected to a front surface having a diaphragm included in the loudspeaker unit, and has a hole through which a sound generated from the loudspeaker unit is emitted; a housing which is connected to a back surface of the loudspeaker unit so that a space is formed between the housing and the back surface of the loudspeaker unit, and has a first air hole connecting the space to external air; a first braking part which closes a sound hole of the loudspeaker unit; and a second braking part which closes the first air hole.

A speaker device includes: a magnetic circuit including a plate, a magnethaving no through-hole, and a yokeforming a magnetic gap; a voice coildisposed in the magnetic gap; a diaphragmdirectly or indirectly fixed to the voice coil; and a magnetic fluiddisposed in at least a space between an outer peripheral surface of the voice coiland an inner peripheral surface of the yoke. A loudspeaker includes a diaphragm that vibrates back and forth to emit a sound, a magnetic circuit that is provided on a rear side of the diaphragm and has a magnetic gap on a diaphragm side, and a voice coil that is directly or indirectly joined to the diaphragm and disposed within the magnetic gap. A magnetic fluid is loaded within the magnetic gap. Also, a plurality of first edge pieces are provided at different positions in an outer circumferential portion of the diaphragm for vibratably supporting the diaphragm, each of the first edge pieces having a non-linear cross-sectional shape.

Loudspeaker, video device, and portable information processing apparatus

A loudspeaker is provided which includes: a magnetic circuit including a magnet having at least one hole, a plate fixed to one of a pair of polar surfaces of the magnet, and a box-shaped yoke having an inner bottom surface fixed to the other polar surface of the magnet; a voice coil vertically vibratably provided in a magnetic gap formed by the plate and the yoke; a diaphragm having a peripheral edge connected to an upper end of the voice coil; and a magnetic fluid filled in at least one of a gap between the voice coil and the plate and a gap between the voice coil and the yoke. The loudspeaker includes at least one means for uniformly distributing the magnetic fluid.

A loudspeaker includes: a frame; a yoke fixed to the frame; a magnet fixed to the yoke; a plate fixed to an upper surface of the magnet which is opposite to a surface of the magnet which is fixed to the yoke; a vibratable voice coil arranged in a first magnetic gap formed between the yoke and the plate; a diaphragm having an outer-edge portion joined to the voice coil; and a support member supporting the diaphragm in a vibratable manner, and composed of edges, one end of each edge being fixed to the frame. The plate is composed of: a flat-plate part fixed to the upper surface of the magnet, and having, at an upper surface thereof, a planar portion extending from the outer-edge portion up to a predetermined distance; and a protruding part disposed on the flat-plate part excluding the planar portion, and protruding toward the diaphragm.
