To make a color tone similar to that of dentin of a tooth at a low cost without discoloration when baking, a dental ceramics material is produced by: mixing a pink coloring agent and a yellow coloring agent with zirconium oxide containing a stabilizer while having a mixing ratio of 0.001 to 5 wt. % respectively; and baking it, where the pink coloring agent is obtained by dissolving manganese oxide in aluminum oxide as a solid solution, the yellow coloring agent is obtained by dissolving vanadium oxide in zirconium oxide as a solid solution, the zirconium oxide contains 0.1 to 30 wt. % aluminum oxide if necessary, the stabilizer is one or more kinds selected from a group including yttrium oxide, magnesium oxide, calcium oxide, and cerium oxide, and the content thereof is preferably 3 to 7 wt. %.

Production method of dental ceramics material

A capsule for dental restoration material capable of administering, immediately after mixing, a mixture substantially free of air bubbles to a patient site to be restored is disclosed. The capsule comprises a dental restoration material comprising two components of definite amounts of previously weighed powder component and liquid component accommodated in a cylindrical mixing compartment in an isolated state from each other, and an air-permeable filter that does not allow the powder component to exit the mixing compartment, but can ventilate air within the mixing compartment into the outside of the mixing compartment.

There is provided a capsule for dental restoration material, which can administer to a site to be restored of a patient with a mixture in a good state where air bubbles are not substantially contained, immediately after mixing. In the capsule for dental restoration material for directly administering to a restoration site of a tooth with the mixture prepared by subjecting a dental restoration material comprising two components of definite amounts of previously weighed powder component and liquid component accommodated in a cylindrical mixing compartment in an isolated state from each other to making the liquid component flow into the mixing compartment and mixing the both components, an air-permeable filter that does not pass the powder component therethrough but can ventilate air within the mixing compartment into the outside of the mixing compartment is placed in at least a part of a peripheral wall of the mixing compartment.

A capsule contains dental restoration material for applying directly to a site to be restored. A capsule main body has a mixing compartment for a powder component and a first aperture forming portion to form an outlet hole. A liquid cup has a compartment for a liquid component and a second aperture forming portion to form an outlet hole for the liquid component. A stopper is provided on an external surface near a rear end portion for inhibiting sliding of the cup into the main body while the second aperture forming portion is being broken through, but not inhibiting the cup to slide into the main body when a large force is applied. A plunger has a projection for breaking through the second and first aperture forming portions. A nozzle has a rear end portion with a shape corresponding to the tip portion of the main body.
