A cleaning bladeincludes an elastic bodythat is a molded body of a rubber base material, and which has at least a surface treatment layerin a portion of the elastic body, the portion coming into contact with an object to be contacted. The surface treatment layeris formed by impregnating a surface portion of the elastic bodywith a surface treatment liquid, which contains an isocyanate compound and an organic solvent, and curing the surface treatment liquid; the surface treatment layerhas an elastic modulus of 95 MPa or less; the elastic bodyhas an elastic modulus of from 20 MPa to 60 MPa (inclusive); and the difference between the elastic modulus of the surface treatment layerand the elastic modulus of the elastic bodyis 1 MPa or more.

Cleaning blade

Disclosed is a cleaning blade, having an elastic body formed of a rubber base material molded product, and a surface treatment layer on at least an area of the elastic body to be brought into contact with a cleaning object. The surface treatment layer is formed by impregnating a surface portion of the elastic body with a surface treatment liquid containing an isocyanate compound and an organic solvent, and hardening the liquid. The surface treatment layer has an indentation elastic modulus of 21 MPa to 56 MPa. The elastic body has an indentation elastic modulus greater than 20 MPa and 35 MPa or less. The difference in indentation elastic modulus between the surface treatment layer and the elastic body is 1 MPa to 21 MPa.

Cleaning blade for removing toner

There is provided a highly reliable transmission/reception integrated radio-frequency apparatus which can achieve a high communication quality in a cable modem. A reception RF signal is input to a reception system block via an input/output terminal, converted to an intermediate-frequency signal, and output from a terminal. The invention provides a cleaning blade member having a controlled friction coefficient and a method for producing the same. The cleaning blade member, for use in a cleaning part for removing toner deposits, is formed of a polyurethane having a ratio of rebound resilience at 25&#xb0; C. to Young's modulus (rebound resilience at 25&#xb0; C./Young's modulus) of 4.5 or less.
