Next, the control section uses a predetermined weight coefficient of which weight tends to decrease as a distance from the reference position increases to obtain a candidate value obtained by adding the weight coefficient to one or more outer edge portion candidates existing on the detection line. Subsequently, the control section selects a position of the outer edge portion existing on the detection line based on the obtained candidate value.

A system for creating a learned model for component image recognition, the learned model being used when performing image recognition of a component that is picked up by a suction nozzle of a component mounter or a component that is mounted on a circuit board, serving as an imaging target, by imaging the imaging target with a camera, and the system includes a computer configured to acquire a reference-learned model to be used for image recognition of a reference component. The computer collects sample component images for each type of a component having a predetermined similarity with the reference component, and creates a component-by-component learned model to be used for image recognition of the component for each type of the component by adding the sample component image for each type of the component, as teacher data of the reference-learned model, and re-learning the added sample component image.

An inspection machine images a mounted state of each component on a board, processes an image of mounted state of each component to recognize the mounted state of each component, and inspects whether a mounting error occurred for each component based on the recognition result. A component picked up by a suction nozzle of a component mounting machine is imaged by a camera, the captured image is processed by an image recognition system to recognize the component, the image is determined to be normal or abnormal based on the recognition result, and in addition to classifying the image as a normal image or an abnormal image and storing the image in a storage device, component mounting boards, unloaded from a component mounting machine, are inspected with an inspection device. A stored image reclassification computer acquires the inspection result from the inspection device, reclassifies the normal image stored in the storage device, based on the inspection result, as an image whose determination as a normal image is suspect or as an image whose determination as a normal image is not suspect, and then stores the normal image in the storage device.
