A breaker includes a tank, first to third fixed contacts provided inside the tank, first to third movable contacts that are provided inside the tank and are movable, and first to third operation devices provided outside the tank to move the first to third movable, respectively. The first to third operation devices respectively include first to third torsion bars serving as a driving source to move the first to third movable contacts, respectively.

Breaker

A breaker includes a stationary contact, a movable contact, an operation device including a link portion liked to the movable contact and including an output lever rotatably supported, the operation device operating rotation of the output lever in accordance with a first control signal for a command for pulling out the movable contact and a second control signal for a command for inserting the movable contact, and an auxiliary contact to switch between turn-on and turn-off of an input of the first control signal and the second control signal to the operation device in conjunction with operation of the output lever, the auxiliary contact being able to be used in a circuit configuration to monitor a state of the operation device. The output lever rotates so as to operate a first link portion on a side toward a first direction with respect to a rotational center of the output lever.

An operating device includes: a lever rotatable about a rotating axis; a first torsion bar extending in a first direction along the rotating axis; a second torsion bar provided inside the first torsion bar, extending along the rotating axis, coupled to the first torsion bar at a portion located farther in the first direction than the lever, and extending from the portion of coupling with the first torsion bar toward a second direction opposite to the first direction beyond the lever; and a third torsion bar surrounding the second torsion bar, having a tubular shape, coupled to the second torsion bar at a portion located farther in the second direction than the lever, and extending from the portion of coupling with the second torsion bar in the first direction.

Operating device and circuit breaker

An operating device includes a lever rotatable about a rotating axis, a first torsion bar connected to the lever, and a second torsion bar connected to one end of the first torsion bar. The operating device further includes: a support fixedly supporting the second torsion bar at an end opposite to an end connected to the first torsion bar; a first pedestal portion structured to sandwich the support with a central axis of the second torsion bar interposed, the first pedestal portion supporting the support such that the support is rotatable about the central axis; a second pedestal portion including a penetrating portion extending through the second pedestal portion toward the support; a bolt including a shank passing through the penetrating portion, the bolt being screwed into the first pedestal portion; and a nut attached to the shank between the second pedestal portion and a head of the bolt.

An operating device includes: a first lever rotatable around a rotation axis; a torsion bar having a columnar shape or a tubular shape with the rotation axis as a central axis and connected to the first lever; and a support that fixes and supports one end of the torsion bar. Further, the operating device includes: a drive shaft having a tubular shape with the rotation axis as a central axis and surrounding a periphery of the torsion bar, one end serving as the first lever side being connected to the first lever, and another end opposite to the one end serving as the first lever side being rotatably supported around the rotation axis; and a plurality of second levers connected to the drive shaft and rotatable around the rotation axis on the support side rather than the first lever.

An operating device for a power switchgear includes: an output lever coupled to a movable-contact of the switchgear; a torsion bar releasing an accumulated force when the switchgear is opened to rotate the lever in the counterclockwise direction and drive the movable-contact in an opening direction; an opening latch engaged with the lever to hold an accumulated force of the torsion bar; a cam rotating when the switchgear is closed, having contact with the lever to rotate the lever in the clockwise direction, and driving the movable-contact in a closing direction; another torsion bar releasing the accumulated force when the switchgear is closed to rotate the cam; and a closing latch which can be engaged with the cam to hold the accumulated force of the torsion bar. The cam includes opposed cam elements, a pin whose ends are rotatably supported by the elements, and a bolt fastening the elements.

Operating device for power switchgear

A circuit breaker characteristic monitoring device monitors the operation of a circuit breaker to estimate the amount of consumption of a movable contact and fixed contacts included in the circuit breaker. The device includes an operating time measurement unit to measure at least one of closing time, which is the time required for the circuit breaker to be closed after starting a closing operation, and opening time, which is the time required for the circuit breaker to be open after starting an opening operation, and a contact consumption amount estimation unit to estimate the amount of consumption of the movable contact and the fixed contacts on the basis of the result of measurement performed by the operating time measurement unit and travel speed of the movable contact during the closing operation or the opening operation for which the measurement result is obtained.

Circuit breaker characteristic monitoring device

A spring operation device for use in a switchgear includes an interlock bar, attached at its one end to a lock plate and includes a switch-on electromagnet that has a plunger provided with a flange portion. The lock plate is pushed by a lock member that is attached to a four-joint link and the position of the lock plate is changed by being rotated. During an opening operation of a switching contact, the other end of the interlock bar is arranged above the flange portion to stop the forward movement of the plunger of the switch-on electromagnet so as to prevent a switch-on trigger from rotating. During a closing operation of the switching contact, the other end of the interlock bar is arranged at a position that does not stop the plunger of the switch-on electromagnet from moving forward so that the switch-on trigger is allowed to rotate.

Spring operation device for switchgear

A circuit breaker includes: a first arc-extinguishing chamber and a second arc-extinguishing chamber that interrupt a current by opening contact points and extinguish an arc during the current is being interrupted; and a connection unit that connects the first arc-extinguishing chamber and the second arc-extinguishing chamber to each other. The first arc-extinguishing chamber and the second arc-extinguishing chamber are connected to the connection unit in such a manner that shaft lines of the arc-extinguishing chambers form an angle of substantially 90 degrees. The first arc-extinguishing chamber is arranged on a side of the connection unit in such a manner that the shaft line thereof is substantially horizontal, and the second arc-extinguishing chamber is arranged on an upper side of the connection unit in such a manner that the shaft line thereof is substantially vertical.

Circuit breaker

An operating device performs opening and closing operations of a switch. The operating device includes a lever member that is coupled to a movable contact of the switch and biased by an energy storage spring; a tripping latch that can be engaged with the lever; a tripping trigger that can be engaged with the tripping latch; first and second electromagnets that can operate independently of each other and each of which has a plunger; and a rotating lever that can come into contact with a different portions of the plunger of the first electromagnet, the plunger of the second electromagnet, and the tripping trigger and that is rotated by being pushed by at least one of the plunger of the first electromagnet and the plunger of the second electromagnet, thereby pushing the tripping trigger.
