Provided is a method of treating malignant tumor by an azabicyclic compound, particularly, with eye disorder reduced. The present invention provides a method for treating malignant tumor, comprising administering an effective amount of 3-ethyl-4-[3-(1-methylethyl)-4-[4-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1H-imidazol-1-yl]-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-1-yl]benzamide (compound 1) or a salt thereof to a patient in need thereof according to a dosing regimen, wherein the dosing regimen comprises administering the compound 1 or the salt thereof at a dose from 40 mg/body/day to 240 mg/body/day in terms of the amount of the compound 1 for consecutive days, and then providing a withdrawal period of at least 2 days.

An optical disc has a read-only system lead-in area and a recordable data area. Disc boundary information representing a boundary in a radial direction of an area on which capability of recording at a predetermined recording speed is guaranteed is recorded on the system lead-in area while being related to each tuple speed. A geometrical irregularity (K) is formed in an area (inner peripheral side) () for a BCA on one recording layer (), and a mirror surface is formed in the area of the other information recording layer () corresponding to the BCA area (). The geometrical irregularity (K) is detected when focus servo is actuated so as to detect the desired information recording layer. Thus, a BCA is prevented from being erroneously formed in another information recording layer.

A method is provided for manufacturing an optical data recording medium including a plurality of data recording layers each having a user data recording region and a BCA formation region positioned at an inner position than the data recording region. The method includes: forming a first data recording layer out of the plurality of data recording layers on a first substrate; forming a second data recording layer out of the plurality of data recording layers on a second substrate; forming a BCA pattern within the BCA formation region of the second data recording layer to record burst cut data; and bonding the first and second substrates after the BCA pattern is formed.
