A vehicle includes: a solar panel; a power storage device configured to store electric power generated by the solar panel; and a control device configured to control charging and discharging of thee power storage device such that a state of charge of the power storage device is in a range between an upper limit value and a lower limit value. The control device is configured to set the upper limit value to be larger when an external power supply mode in which the electric power generated by the solar panel is supplied to the outside of the vehicle via the power storage device is selected than when the external power supply mode is not selected.

An electronic control unit performs a control routine including a step of setting SOC_u() as an upper limit value of an SOC and a step of setting SOC_l() as a lower limit value when a battery temperature TBs is higher than a first threshold value TBs() and a step of setting SOC_u() as the upper limit value and a step of setting SOC_l() as the lower limit value when the battery temperature TBs is lower than a second threshold value TBs().

A battery pack includes a battery assembly having a plurality of battery cells, a busbar module that includes a plurality of conductors and an insulating member which holds the conductors, a battery control unit provided at an end portion of the battery assembly in an arrangement direction of the battery cells, and an extraction conductor that connects a total electrode terminal connected to the battery assembly to a main circuit terminal of the battery control unit. The extraction conductor has a water escape portion which is located below an imaginary line connecting the total electrode terminal to the main circuit terminal, and an upper end of the water escape portion is formed at a location that is lower than a lower end of the main circuit terminal.

Battery pack

A vehicle includes an engine, a rotary electric machine, an electric storage device, and a controller. The rotary electric machine is connected to an output shaft of the engine. The electric storage device is configured to supply electric power to a drive source of the vehicle and to be charged with electric power from an external power source. The external power source is disposed outside the vehicle. The controller is configured to supply the electric power from the external power source to the rotary electric machine such that the output shaft is rotated when the electric storage device is chargeable with the electric power from the external power source.

Bus bar module

A noise reduction device includes a magnetic core and an elastically deformable elastic sheet. The magnetic core surrounds an outer periphery of an electric cable, and reduces noise emitted from the electric cable. The elastic sheet is wrapped around the electric cable so as to surround the electric cable, and is sandwiched between an inner peripheral surface of the magnetic core and an outer peripheral surface of the electric cable and elastically deformed.

Noise reduction device and bus bar module

A battery cooling structure includes: a battery provided in a luggage room of a vehicle; an air intake duct, including an air inlet open in a vehicular cabin, for supplying air in the vehicular cabin to the battery as cooling air; and a partition panel standing away from a rear seat with a clearance therebetween so as to section the luggage room and the vehicular cabin and provided with a duct hole in which the air intake duct is inserted. The partition panel is provided with an air exhaust hole for exhausting air in the luggage room to the vehicular cabin. The air exhaust hole is formed at a location spaced away from the duct hole. Such a configuration provides a battery cooling structure suppressing an adverse effect caused by exhaust of heated cooling air.

Battery cooling structure

A power storage device is mounted on a rear portion of a vehicle. The power storage device includes a high-voltage terminal and a low-voltage connector having a lower voltage than the high-voltage terminal. The high-voltage terminal is arranged on a front side in the vehicle. The low-voltage connector is arranged on a rear side in the vehicle.

Power storage device

A vehicle charging connector is configured to be coupled to a vehicle-side connector to charge a vehicle battery via the vehicle-side connector. The vehicle charging connector includes a housing, a coupling portion provided on a housing, and a lever. The lever has a lever bar accommodated in the housing, a lock portion provided on one end of the lever bar and configured to engage with a lock receiving portion of the vehicle-side connector to maintain the coupling portion and the vehicle-side connector in a coupled condition, and an unlock operation portion provided on the other end of the lever bar and operable to release an engagement between the lock portion and the lock receiving portion. An upper surface of the lever bar includes a water guide adjacent to the lock portion. The water guide includes a slope surface having a downward inclination.

Vehicle charging connector

A vehicle-mounted battery cooling structure of the present invention includes a battery a cooling fan for cooling the battery, a cooling-medium channel connecting the battery and the cooling fan, and mounting areas located at a front seat side and a rear seat side, respectively, in a vehicle compartment. The battery is disposed in one of the mounting areas, and the cooling fan is disposed in the other one of the mounting areas.
