A railcar includes: an underframe including a pair of side sills located at both respective ends of the underframe in a car width direction and extending in a car longitudinal direction and a plurality of cross beams coupling the pair of side sills to each other in a car width direction; and an underfloor cover covering an underfloor portion of the underframe. The underfloor cover includes upper and lower plate-shaped members (a shielding plate and a closing plate) made of stainless steel, and the upper and lower plate-shaped members are at least partially spaced apart from each other.

Railcar

A railcar includes a heat-resistant floor, and the heat-resistant floor includes a floor panel, a heat absorbing layer provided under the floor panel and configured to absorb heat, and a supporting plate configured to support the heat absorbing layer from below. The supporting plate includes contacting portions each configured to contact the heat absorbing layer and separated portions each continuously formed from the contacting portion in a railcar width direction, separated downward from the heat absorbing layer, and extending in a railcar longitudinal direction.

Railcar including heat-resistant floor

Provided is a floor structure of a railcar in which thickness of a heat insulating material can be reduced while having predetermined heat resistance. The floor structure of the railcar includes a underframe having a pair of side sills extending in a railcar longitudinal direction and a cross beam arranged between the side sills and extending in a railcar width direction, a structural floor provided on an upper surface of the underframe, and a first heat insulating material arranged on a lower side of the structural floor via an air layer for the structural floor.

The underframe structure of the railcar includes an underframe having a pair of side sills extending in a railcar longitudinal direction and a cross beam arranged between the side sills and extending in a railcar width direction, a structural floor provided on an upper surface of the underframe, and an underfloor equipment suspended down in a center part in the railcar width direction of the cross beam. The underframe structure includes a passenger cabin floor provided on an upper side of the structural floor, the passenger cabin floor forming a lower surface of a passenger cabin S, and floor receiving members supporting the passenger cabin floor and extending in the railcar longitudinal direction between the structural floor and the passenger cabin floor.
