An electric actuator includes a motor which has a rotor having a motor shaft extending along a central axis and a stator facing the rotor in a radial direction, a motor case for housing the motor, and a deceleration mechanism coupled to one axial side of the motor shaft. The motor case has a case cylinder portion, a lid for covering, and a plurality of screws. The case cylinder portion has a plurality of screw fixing portions. The lid has a top plate portion, an outer cylinder portion which surrounds the case cylinder portion from a radial outer side, an annular groove portion, and a seal member which seals the opening portion of the case cylinder portion. In the lid, an axial thickness of a region which overlaps the annular groove portion as viewed in the axial direction is larger than an axial thickness of the top plate portion.

An electric actuator includes a motor with a motor shaft extending along a central axis, a speed reducer connected to the motor shaft, an output portion including an output shaft portion, a rotation detector to detect rotation of the output portion, a case, a first bearing to connect the motor shaft to the output portion to be rotatable with respect to each other, and a second bearing to rotatably support the output portion with respect to the case. A support tubular portion into which the second bearing is fitted is provided at a portion of an inner surface of the case on one side in the axial direction for the speed reducer. The first bearing, the output portion, the second bearing and the support tubular portion overlap each other when seen in a radial direction. At least a portion of the rotation detector faces an outward side of the support tubular portion in the radial direction.

Electric actuator

An electric actuator includes a motor which has a rotor having a motor shaft and a stator, a motor case for housing the motor, and a deceleration mechanism coupled to the motor shaft. The motor case has a case cylinder portion and a lid. The lid has a top plate portion, an outer cylinder portion, an inner cylinder portion, an annular groove portion, and an annular seal member. An axial length of the outer cylinder portion is larger than an axial length of the inner cylinder portion. An inner diameter of the annular seal member is smaller than an outer diameter of the inner cylinder portion in a state that the annular seal member is removed from the lid. The annular seal member is housed in the annular groove portion in a state of being in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder portion.

An electric actuator according to an aspect of the disclosure includes: a motor including a rotor having a motor shaft extending along a central axis and a stator facing the rotor in a radial direction; and a deceleration mechanism which is disposed on a side of the stator in an axial direction and connected to the motor shaft. The motor shaft includes an eccentric shaft part with an eccentric axis, which is eccentric with respect to the central axis, as a center, and the eccentric shaft part is connected with the deceleration mechanism. The eccentric shaft part includes a balance concave part disposed on an end part of the eccentric shaft part in a predetermined direction which is in a radial direction from the central axis toward the eccentric axis. The balance concave part is recessed from an outer surface of the eccentric shaft part.

An electric actuator includes a motor including a rotor having a motor shaft extending along a central axis and a stator, a deceleration mechanism connected to the motor shaft, an output shaft, a bearing, and a deceleration mechanism case. The motor shaft includes an eccentric axis part with an eccentric axis as a center. The bearing is fitted on of the eccentric axis part. The deceleration mechanism includes an internal gear in a ring shape; an external gear connected to the eccentric axis part via the bearing and engaging with the internal gear; and an output flange part which transmits rotation of the external gear around the central axis to the output shaft. The deceleration mechanism case includes a plurality of gear supporting parts which support an end surface of the internal gear facing one axial-direction side and which are disposed in a circumferential direction with intervals from one another.

One aspect of an electric actuator of the disclosure includes: a motor having a motor shaft rotating about a central axis; a speed reduction mechanism connected to a portion on one side in an axial direction of the motor shaft; a case accommodating the motor and the speed reduction mechanism; an output part to which rotation of the motor shaft is transmitted via the speed reduction mechanism; a rotation detector having a rotation sensor detecting rotation of the output part; and a wiring member electrically connected with the rotation sensor. The case has a first concave part located on an outer surface of the case. One end part of the wiring member penetrates the case from inside the case and protrudes inside the first concave part. The rotation sensor is located inside the first concave part and connected with one end part of the wiring member.

An electric actuator includes a motor and a deceleration mechanism. The motor has a motor case having a first opening end surface. The deceleration mechanism has a deceleration mechanism case having a second opening end surface. The motor case and the deceleration mechanism case are connected via a sealing member. The first opening end surface has a first end surface body part and a first end surface protrusion part. The second opening end surface has a second end surface body part and a second end surface protrusion part. The sealing member has a body part sealing part and a protrusion part sealing part. The protrusion part sealing part has an axial-direction protrusion that faces a side surface of the motor case in the first end surface protrusion part or a side surface of the deceleration mechanism case in the second end surface protrusion part in a circumferential direction.

An electric actuator includes a motor including a rotor having a motor shaft extending along a central axis and a stator, a deceleration mechanism connected to the motor shaft, an output shaft, a first bearing, a second bearing, and a deceleration mechanism case. The first bearing is fitted on an eccentric axis part of the motor shaft. The deceleration mechanism includes an internal gear in a ring shape, an external gear connected to the eccentric axis part, and an output flange part which transmits rotation of the external gear around the central axis to the output shaft. The deceleration mechanism case includes a case body and a cup member. The cup member includes a first cylinder part to which the internal gear is fitted on the radial-direction inner side, and a second cylinder part to which the second bearing is fitted on the radial-direction inner side.

An electric actuator includes a motor, a speed reduction mechanism, a first bearing, and a bearing holder. The speed reduction mechanism has external and internal gears, an output flange that is positioned at one side in an axial direction from the external gear, and a plurality of projecting portions that project in the axial direction from one of the output flange and the external gear toward the other. The plurality of projecting portions are inserted into a plurality of first bore portions disposed along a circumferential direction, respectively. The bearing holder has a cylindrical circumferential wall positioned at an outer side in a radial direction of the first bearing and a support wall supporting the first bearing from the other side in the axial direction. A position adjustment mechanism configured to be capable of moving the support wall in the axial direction is arranged in the bearing holder.

An electric actuator includes a first wiring member with a first connection portion exposed to one side in an axial-direction of a first case and a second wiring member with a second connection portion exposed to another side in the axial-direction of a second case, the first and second connection portions each having two opposing portions that respectively oppose in first and second directions with first and second gaps therebetween, the first gap having a narrow portion and a wide portion (larger in the first direction) connected thereto on the other side in the axial-direction, the second gap having a narrow portion and a wide portion (larger in the second direction) connected thereto on the one side in the axial-direction, and the first and second gaps overlapping at least partially when the first and second case are fixed, and the first and second connection portions are electrically connected.

An electric actuator includes: a motor; a first case accommodating the motor; a second case located on one side in an axial direction of the first case; a bearing holder fixed to the first case; and a first bearing held by the bearing holder. The first case has a wall part covering the other side in the axial direction of a stator and having a through hole. The bearing holder has: a holder cylindrical part holding the first bearing and inserted into the through hole; and a holder flange part fixed to the wall part. An inner diameter of the through hole is larger than an outer diameter of the holder cylindrical part. At least a part of a radially outer surface of the holder cylindrical part in a circumferential direction is located in a position radially inside and away from a radially inner surface of the through hole.

Electric actuator including two cases fixed to each other

This disclosure provides an electric actuator and a rotation control mechanism. The electric actuator includes: a motor; a speed reduction mechanism; an output part; and a rotation detection device. The output part extends in an axial direction and is disposed on one side in the axial direction with respect to a motor shaft of the motor. The rotation detection device has: a magnet that is fixed to the output part and extends in a circumferential direction of the output part; and a rotation sensor that faces the magnet in the axial direction or in a radial direction. The magnet has multiple magnetic poles disposed in the circumferential direction. At least one magnetic pole of the magnet is disposed at a predetermined angular position with respect to an angle reference position of the output part in a rotation direction.

There is provided an electric actuator in which a speed reduction mechanism and an output portion are disposed adjacent to each other in a radial direction in an opening portion of a housing main body, a cover member has a speed reduction mechanism cover which faces and surrounds the speed reduction mechanism, an output portion cover which faces and surrounds the output portion, and a constricted portion which connects the speed reduction mechanism cover and the output portion cover, the cover member is fixed to the housing main body by a plurality of caulking portions provided on a side wall portion, and, between two adjacent caulking portions interposing the constricted portion therebetween, one of the two caulking portions of the speed reduction mechanism cover is fixed toward a central axis of the speed reduction mechanism, and the other is fixed toward a central axis of the output portion.

An actuator apparatus includes an oil passage body including an oil passage therein, an electric actuator, a movable unit moved at least in a first direction and a second direction by the electric actuator, and an auxiliary device including an actuating member moved by hydraulic pressure of oil in the oil passage. When the electric actuator moves the movable unit in the second direction, the auxiliary device applies, through the actuating member to the movable unit, a force pointing in a direction that moves the movable unit in the second direction.

There is provided an electric actuator including: a motor that has a motor shaft, a speed reduction mechanism, an output portion that has an output shaft portion, a rotation detection device, and a first bearing. The output shaft portion extends in an axial direction and is disposed on one side in the axial direction of the motor shaft. The output portion has a first recessed portion recessed from the other side to the one side in the axial direction. An end portion of the motor shaft on the one side in the axial direction is accommodated in the first recessed portion. The first bearing is fixed to an inside surface of the first recessed portion in a radial direction. At least a portion of the rotation detection device is disposed at a position overlapping the first recessed portion in the radial direction.
