In a plasma treatment system, a temperature detection section detecting a temperature of a perfusion layer of an electrically conductive solution is fixed to a treatment portion, and is located at a position to be immersed in the perfusion layer when a first electrode portion and a second electrode portion are immersed in the perfusion layer. In the plasma treatment system, a control section controls an adjustment of a temperature in a temperature adjustment unit and controls a supply volume and a suction volume of the electrically conductive solution on the basis of a detection result in the temperature detection section so that the temperature of the perfusion layer is within a target temperature range.

Plasma treatment system

A plasma treatment system includes a spout, a suction hole, a first electrode and a second electrode, an impedance acquisition unit, a liquid volume adjustment unit, and a first control unit. The first electrode and a second electrode are configured to generate plasma to treat a living tissue by the application of a voltage. The impedance acquisition unit acquires impedance between the first electrode and the second electrode. The liquid volume adjustment unit adjusts the supply volume or suction volume of the electrically conductive solution. The first control unit controls the liquid volume adjustment unit to increase or decrease the supply volume or suction volume of the electrically conductive solution based on the impedance.

The ultrasound puncture system in accordance with the present invention comprises a handpiece which accommodates an ultrasound vibrator, a puncturing probe for transmitting ultrasound waves to a biological wall which is to be punctured, an outer cover tube covering the probe and attached to the handpiece, and an ultrasound power source unit for driving the ultrasound vibrator, wherein the ultrasound power source unit comprises a termination unit for terminating the energy supply to the ultrasound vibrator, an impedance detector for detecting the puncture state of the probe, and a fluid supply unit for supplying a fluid to the distal end opening of the outer cover tube and probe, wherein the penetration of the probe through the biological wall is detected with the detection unit and the supply of energy to the ultrasound vibrator is terminated based on the detection output.

Ultrasound puncture system

A treatment electrode of a resectoscope apparatus is substantially semicircular-shaped. A length a of a first segment and a length b of a second segment satisfy a relationship of (a&#x3e;2&#xb7;b). The first segment is in parallel with the plane on which a parallel lead member exists and has the maximum width of the treatment electrode. The second segment is vertical to the first segment and has the maximum distance between an intersection to the first segment and an intersection to the treatment electrode.

Resectoscope apparatus and electric operation apparatus

A resectoscope apparatus includes a high-frequency generating device which generates high-frequency current, a hollow sheath which can be inserted in the celom, a scope which is arranged in the sheath and which can observe the celom, an active electrode which transmits the high-frequency current to the body organ, and a solution supply device which supplies a solution to the hollow sheath. At least one of the sheath and the scope has conductivity. The sheath or the scope having the conductivity is connected to high frequency generating device via a connecting member so as to collect return current.
