A method of manufacturing an antenna including: forming an integrated assembly that is configured with a core, a bobbin disposed around the core and having a flange, and a coil disposed around the bobbin; supplying a liquid filler material into an inner space of a case, the case having an opening; inserting the integrated assembly into the inner space of the case via the opening before or after the supplying of the liquid filler material; closing the opening with the flange; concentrating the liquid filler material toward the flange in the inner space; curing the liquid filler material after the concentrating so as to form a cured filler material; and fixedly supporting the integrated assembly within the case via the cured filler material at a position directly adjacent to the opening of the case.

Method of manufacturing antenna device and antenna device

An antenna device includes a core, a bobbin member having a partition, and a coil provided around the bobbin member. The coil is configured with a tight winding portion and a loose winding portion. The tight winding portion is provided between one bobbin side and the partition. The loose winding portion is provided between the other bobbin side and the partition. The loose winding portion is configured with a first winding layer and a second winding layer. A wire winding direction of the first winding layer is opposite to a wire winding direction of the second winding layer so that the wire of the first winding layer and the wire of the second winding layer cross and overlap to each other along part of the bobbin member.

Provided is a cartridge receiving case including a case section in which a cartridge is inserted and disposed, a lid section configured to be opened and closed with respect to the case section and to cover the cartridge disposed in the case section upon closing, and a rear plate section configured to connect the case section and the lid section. The case section, the lid section, and the rear plate section are integrally formed. A pair of parallel thin hinges are formed as curved portions when the lid section is opened and closed with respect to the case section. One of the thin hinges is formed at a position deviated with respect to a continuous portion between the rear plate section and the case section. The presser spring is formed of a resin material.

A magnetic tape cartridge includes a cartridge case, a pair of cylindrical hubs rotatably provided in the cartridge case, and a magnetic tape laid between the hubs and wound around outer peripheries of the hubs. Each of the hubs has an inner diameter portion provided with a height-position determining member. The height-position determining member determines a height position of the hub in the magnetic tape cartridge by contacting a driving shaft inserted in the hub when the magnetic tape cartridge is mounted in a magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus.

In the winding wire at the winding completion end side, two wires are piled up vertically and wound together from the inner circumferential side towards the outer circumferential side. The winding wire at the winding start end side that has remained on the inner circumferential side is drawn forth from the inner circumferential side to the outer circumferential side so as to form a curve along the flat surface of the coil. In the crossing portions of the winding wire at the winding completion end side and the winding wire at the winding start end side, the two wires of each winding wire are superimposed and caused to cross each other in a state in which the wires are laid down transversely.

Coil

A coil is formed by coaxially winding a second winding so as to be in intimate contact with an outer circumferential portion of a first winding wound about a winding shaft axis. In the first winding, one side of a winding wire is wound from an inner circumferential side to an outer circumferential side, the other side of the winding wire is drawn forth from the inner circumferential side to the outer circumferential side, while crossing the one side of the winding wire, and a thickness in a direction of the winding shaft axis in crossing portions of the one side of the winding wire and the other side of the winding wire is equal to a thickness in other portions.

The present invention is related to a disc cartridge in which an optical disc, an inner shell and shutter members are housed in a main cartridge body unit, formed by abutting and combining upper and lower shells and in which the inner shell is run in rotation to cause the shutter members to open or close an aperture provided in the main cartridge body unit. The inner shell is formed by a resin molding portion comprised of a first molded portion for forming the inner shell and a second molded portion connected to the first molded portion. The second molded portion is provided at a position forming the aperture in the inner shell and is connected to the first molded portion through a flanged thin-walled section. The inner shell is formed by severing the second molded portion and the flanged thin-walled section.

A tape cartridge is configured to include a cartridge case, a hub, around which a magnetic tape is wound around and is housed in the cartridge case rotatably, and a drive apparatus for driving the hub to rotate, the drive apparatus being arranged between a bottom portion of the hub and the cartridge case.

At this point, with concave grooves () and a reinforcement rib () formed on an inner surface side of a base portion () that composes the clamper (&#x2032;) in the elongation direction of the leg portionsand. Thus, when the clamper (&#x2032;) is pushed, it can be prevented from being damaged and a desired clamp force can be obtained.
