Provided is an information processing device including an image capture unit that captures an image of a subject and converts the image into digital data to generate a captured image, a calculation unit that calculates, for each predetermined area of the captured image, a probability that the subject included in the predetermined area is a main subject desired to be captured by a camera operator, a determination unit that determines the predetermined area in which the probability exceeds a predetermined threshold as a valid data area and that determines a main subject area based on the valid data area, and a focusing unit that focuses on the determined main subject area. Accordingly, it is possible to appropriately bring the main subject into focus.

Sample preparation system and method which enable electron microscope observation of a sample slice with simple structure and process are provided. The sample preparation system includes at least one of a plasma treatment apparatus and a sputtering apparatus, as well as a slice collecting apparatus. The plasma treatment apparatus is configured to feed a resin tape in a plasma irradiation area to irradiate the resin tape with plasma, thereby continuously hydrophilizing the resin tape. The sputtering apparatus is configured to feed the resin tape in a sputtering area to continuously perform sputtering on the resin tape, thereby imparting conductivity to the resin tape. The slice collecting apparatus is configured to serially collect slices cut out from a sample onto the resin tape having been subjected to plasma treatment or sputtering.

A snap-fastener bag according to the present invention is composed of a quadrilateral bag body, a deaerating passage provided along a bottom-seal and a snap fastener provided along the opening. The deaerating passage is provided by configurating a deaerating passage opening as a non-adhesive part through one side-seal and along the bottom-seal and by configurating an adhesive part near the bottom of the side-seal to near the other side-seal positioned at a predetermined interval from the bottom-seal in parallel to adhere between the top and bottom films. A paint film coated with a sticky substance having the kinematic-viscosity of 4-5,000.times.10.sup.-6 m.sup.2 /s (100.degree. C.) such as polybutene is applied in the deaerating passage.

In a method of manufacturing a permeable seat cushion, a permeable fabric material is pressed between a pair of dies while being heated and wetted with steam to render the fabric temporarily unpermeable to provide a seat covering of bag-like structure. A first precut filler pad is bonded to the seat covering, and a second precut filler pad is then bonded to the first filler pad. A frame is mounted together with springs and other necessary elements on the thus obtained assembly, and the seat covering is anchored at its pheripheral edges to the frame to complete the seat cushion.
