As a network control device which controls a call connection between a calling party terminal and a called party terminal, a network control device determines whether the own network control device is in a congestion state when a handover request is acquired from another network control device which is in the congestion state, and stops transmitting a busy tone to a mobile terminal which is the calling party terminal and transmits a ring back tone to the mobile terminal when it is determined that the own network control device is not in the congestion state.

[Problems] To provide a method of purifying interesterified oils, which is capable of efficiently purifying the interesterified oil through a series of steps effectively solving a problem of decreased oxidation stability of the interesterified oil that is purified and a problem of color tone. [Means for Solution] Water is added and mixed into an interesterified oil of animal/vegetable fat and oil in an amount of 0.30 to 5.0 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the interesterified oil, followed by dehydration. Thereafter, a decolorizing treatment is conducted by adding an adsorbent thereto, and filtration is conducted to remove soaps, an alkali catalyst and the adsorbent contained in the interesterified oil.

Method of purifying interesterified oils

A printer having ribbon mask opening mechanism is provided with a carriage, a print head, and a printing ribbon. The printer includes a ribbon mask pivotable about a shaft parallel to a feeding direction of the printing ribbon between a closed condition and an open condition of the ribbon mask, a device for biasing the ribbon mask in its closing direction, and a mechanism for opening the ribbon mask against a biasing force of the biasing device. The ribbon mask opening mechanism in the printer allows an operator to smoothly replace the printing ribbon and also allows the operator to easily set the printing ribbon in a proper position.
