A closure drive mechanism and a surgical stapler are provided, including: a linkage assembly including a first pivot portion and a second pivot portion, where the first pivot portion is configured to be pivotally connected to the instrument body, and the second pivot portion is configured to be located on a proximal side of the first pivot portion; a movable handle including a first mating portion; a closure drive assembly configured to be pivotally connected to the second pivot portion of the linkage assembly. When the linkage assembly is in a first state and the movable handle rotates in a first direction, the first mating portion drives the linkage assembly to enter a second state, the second pivot portion of the linkage assembly moves proximally and drives the closure drive assembly to move proximally, so the stapler is closed.

Closure drive mechanism and surgical stapler

Disclosed are an articulation mechanism and a surgical stapler. The articulation mechanism includes: a gear assembly including a driving gear and at least one driven gear. The driving gear includes a first teeth portion, and the driven gear includes a second teeth portion engaged with the first teeth portion and a first mating portion; at least one articulation rod including a second mating portion and an articulation piece mating portion cooperated with the first mating portion, so that when the driven gear rotates, the driven gear drives the articulation piece mating portion of the articulation rod to move axially; at least one articulation piece extending axially and connected to the articulation piece mating portion. The mechanism can drive the head assembly to rotate relative to the instrument body of the stapler.

Articulation mechanism and surgical stapler

A cartridge assembly and a surgical stapler are provided. The cartridge assembly includes: a cartridge including a cartridge surface provided with a plurality of staple cavities, staple mating portions provided on proximal sides of the staple cavities; a plurality of staples located in the staple cavities; an actuation member configured to drive the staples and the staple mating portions to rotate in a first direction when the actuation member moves from a proximal side toward a distal side of the cartridge. After each staple mating portion rotates, the second connecting portion of the corresponding staple is driven by the staple mating portion to move away from the cartridge and then separates from the staple cavity, so the staples can be more easily separated with the cartridge after being closed.

Cartridge assembly and surgical stapler

A medical anastomosis device (), having a firing assembly (), a staple anvil (), a staple anvil assembly (), and a staple cartridge assembly (); the firing assembly () includes a staple cartridge push rod () provided with a stop pin () thereon; the staple anvil () is provided with a safety block () therein capable of coordinating with the stop pin (); the safety block () is provided with a clamping groove () thereon; when the anastomosis device () is in an initial status, the safety block () and the stop pin () do not contact each other; when the anastomosis device () is in a firing status, the movement of the safety block () is restricted, and the clamping groove () is located on a movement route from the distal end of the medical anastomosis device () to the proximal end; and when the anastomosis device () returns to the initial status after being fired, the stop pin () is clamped in the clamping groove (), and the safety block () limits the stop pin () in the direction from the proximal end of the medical anastomosis device () to the distal end. The three status jointly compose the complete firing process of the staple cartridge assembly (), preventing a second firing of the staple cartridge push rod () to ensure operation safety.

An introducer for being fitted with a circular stapler, is a flexible plastic member in a whole shape of conical with an inner cavity; the introducer has a proximal end and a distal end, outer diameter of the introducer is gradually increased from the distal end to the proximal end and a maximum outer diameter of the proximal end is less than or equal to a maximum outer diameter of a staple cartridge assembly; when pulled by an external force, the plastic member may be unwound spirally and finally forms a strip body capable of being disengaged from the circular stapler. The introducer provided by the present disclosure has the advantages that: as the maximum outer diameter of the introducer is approximately equal to the maximum outer diameter of the staple cartridge assembly, the process of introducing can be achieved without bad influence resulting from increasing the outer diameter of the circular stapler. Moreover, the introducer can be pulled out from the circular stapler in one piece in the form of a strip, so that the operation is convenient and no additional step can be added for the subsequent operation of the circular stapler.

Introducer and circular stapler

An introducer accessory for being fitted with a circular stapler is disclosed, and pertains to the technical field of medical instrument. The introducer accessory at least comprises a sleeve portion sleeved around a distal end of the circular stapler and an introducing portion disposed at a distal end of the sleeve portion. And the introducing portion comprises a spiral member in a conical shape with a cavity and a traction member, the traction member extends in the cavity of spiral member to connect with the distal end of the spiral member such that when the traction member is pulled by an external force, the distal end of the spiral member is pulled out by the traction member through the cavity which causes the spiral member to be unwound internally and finally to form a strip body to withdraw through the circular stapler. Thus, the withdrawing process of introducer accessory can avoid injury to patient during surgery.

The present invention provides an instrument for anorectal surgery, comprising a hollow main body, a suture junction disposed at a rear end of the main body and an inserting guider disposed at a front end of the main body. At an operating position, all or part of mucosa and tissues can get through the main body. At least one opening is made in the wall of the main body, and all or part of the mucosa and tissues can get into a hollow interior of the main body through the opening. Because of the openings on the wall of the main body, the present invention can be operated to perform the anorectal surgery of local and non-annular cutting, which facilitates a quick surgical operation, further allays the pain of the patients, and a better operation effect is obtained.
