A customer service information forwarding method is provided. The method includes receiving customer service information sent by a client terminal to a first target account; obtaining a login status of a second target account on the second communication platform; when the login status of the second target account is offline, obtaining a pre-established forwarding account bound to the second target account and setting the state of the customer service information as not-forwarded; aggregating not-forwarded customer service information within a preset time period into aggregated customer service information; when a number of the aggregated customer service information within the preset time period does not exceed the predefined value, sending the aggregated customer service information to the forwarding account; and when the number exceeds the predefined value, sending a message to the forwarding account to prompt a user to login the second target account to check the aggregated customer service information.

Method, apparatus and system for customer service information forwarding

Embodiments of this application provide a near-field wireless communication service processing method performed at a first computing device associated with a social networking application. While running a social networking application, the first computing device detects a near-field wireless communication signal broadcasted by a second computing device associated with a service provider account registered with the social networking application. After determining that a distance between the first computing device and the second computing device is less than a preset threshold, the first computing device extracts, from the near-field wireless communication signal, identification information of the second computing device, sends the identification information of the second computing device to a remote server and obtains a preset service page corresponding to the identification information of the second computing device from the server, and displays the preset service page within the social networking application on the first computing device.

Service processing method and apparatus

Embodiments of this application provide a near-field wireless communication service processing method performed at a first computing device. While running a social networking application, the first computing device listens to a near-field wireless communication signal broadcasted by a second computing device. After detecting the near-field wireless communication signal broadcasted by the second computing device, first computing device processes the near-field wireless communication signal to obtain identification information associated with the second computing device. The first computing device sends the identification information associated with the second computing device to a remote server supporting the social networking application and obtains a preset service page corresponding to the identification information associated with the second computing device from the server, and displays the preset service page within the social networking application on the first computing device.

A customer service information forwarding method is provided. The method includes receiving customer service information sent by a client end terminal from a first communication platform to a first target account and, according to the first target account of the customer service information, obtaining a login status of a second target account on the second communication platform. The second target account is bound in advance to the first target account. The method also includes, when the second target account does not log in the second communication platform, obtaining a pre-established forwarding account bound to the second target account and setting the state of the customer service information as not-forwarded, and aggregating not-forwarded customer service information within a preset time period into a final aggregated customer service information and sending the final aggregated customer service information to the forwarding account through the first communication platform.

A method for scanning files includes enumerating unscanned files; obtaining attributions of the unscanned files from the enumerated files one by one, and transmitting to a server the attributions; comparing the attributions with features that are stored in the server; obtaining the features that are consistent with the attributions and types that the features belong to; and generating a mapping relationship between the unscanned files, the attributions and the types according to the features that are consistent with the attributions and the types of the features, and recording the mapping relationship in a first scanning result. The method includes: receiving, by a caption server, file information of a multimedia file and file information of a caption file corresponding to the multimedia file from a client end player; determining, by the caption server, whether the caption server has the caption file according to the file information of the caption file and transmitting a status message indicating whether the caption server has the caption file to the client end player, to enable the client end player to upload the caption file when determining according to the status message that the caption server does not have the caption file. In the solution of the present disclosure, the client end player can upload and download the caption file automatically. The user does not need to search for and download the caption file manually, which improves the user's experience and saves resources of the caption server.
