Provided are a heat sink capable of suppressing overcooling of an electronic component which should not be overcooled and highly efficiently cooling only an electronic component which should be cooled, and a circuit device including the same. A heat sink includes a pipe and a cooling block. At least one projection is formed in the cooling block. The pipe is in contact with the projection. The pipe is arranged with a spacing from a portion of the cooling block other than the projection.

Heat sink and circuit device

A heat sink includes a pipe through which cooled fluid flows and a cooling block having a first face on which the pipe is placed and a second face to which a heat emitting element is attached. The cooling block has a contact region and a noncontact region at positions where the cooling block faces the pipe. In the contact region, the first face contacts the pipe. In the noncontact region, the first face faces the pipe with a gap therebetween. The contact region is included in a projection region defined by projecting a region of attachment of the heat emitting element onto the first face.

Heat sink

Provided is an air-sending device in which, in blades, an upstream end of a blade outer periphery is more on an upstream side than an upstream end of a blade inner periphery as seen along a rotation axis, and a downstream end of a blade outer periphery is more on a downstream side than a downstream end of the blade inner periphery, and in which, in the blades, when an angle formed by a line segment, which connects a point internally dividing a line segment connecting the downstream end and the upstream end of an outer periphery of the blades along the rotation axis and a point internally dividing a line segment connecting the downstream end and the upstream end of an inner periphery of the blades along the rotation axis at the same ratio to each other, and a reference line is defined as &#x3b8;, and a direction inclined toward the downstream side is defined as positive, the angle &#x3b8; is changed from negative to positive at a duct portion.

Air-sending device and air-conditioning apparatus using the same

A blower apparatus includes a propeller fan configured to rotate about a rotational axis, and a bell mouth annularly disposed to surround the propeller fan as seen in a direction of the rotational axis of the propeller fan. The bell mouth includes a flare portion located downstream of the propeller fan The flare portion has at least one first part and at least one second part. The first part has a first inner circumferential surface region. The second part as a second inner circumferential surface region. A first length of the first part inner circumferential surface region in the direction of the rotational axis is greater than a second length of the second part inner circumferential surface region in the direction of the rotational axis.

Blower apparatus

An air-conditioning apparatus reduces occurrence of refrigerant accumulation on a downstream side of an evaporator to favorably circulate refrigerant. The air-conditioning apparatus includes: a main circuit in which a compressor, a refrigerant-flow switching device, a load-side heat exchanger, a load-side expansion device and three heat-source-side heat exchangers are connected by pipes to circulate refrigerant; and a heat-exchanger flow-passage switching device which performs switching to apply a first series refrigerant passage in the case where the three heat-source-side heat exchangers are used as condensers, and switching to apply a parallel refrigerant passage in the case where the three heat-source-side heat exchangers are used as evaporators. In the first series refrigerant passage, on an upstream side, the first and second heat-source-side heat exchangers are connected parallel to each other, and on a downstream side, the third heat-source-side heat exchanger is located. In the parallel refrigerant passage, first to third heat-source-side heat exchanger are connected parallel to each other.

Air-conditioning apparatus

An air-conditioning apparatus includes a main circuit in which a compressor, a refrigerant flow switching device, a load side heat exchanger, a load side expansion device, and a plurality of heat source side heat exchangers are sequentially connected. When the plurality of heat source side heat exchangers are used as condensers, the first heat source side heat exchanger and the second heat source side heat exchanger are connected in series. When the plurality of heat source side heat exchangers are used as evaporators, the first heat source side heat exchanger and the second heat source side heat exchanger are connected in parallel. A distribution adjustment header on an inlet side of at least either the first heat source side heat exchanger or the second heat source side heat exchanger when the plurality of heat source side heat exchangers are used as evaporators.

An air-conditioning apparatus includes firstly a refrigerant circuit in which a condenser, an expander, an evaporator, a compressor, and an oil separator are connected by pipes, and secondly an oil return circuit configured to return oil from the oil separator to the compressor. The compressor includes an oil concentration sensor configured to detect oil concentration inside the compressor. The oil return circuit includes multiple solenoid valves that are each opened or closed corresponding to the oil concentration detected by the oil concentration sensor.

An axial flow fan according to the present invention includes a plurality of blades, each of the blades including: a leading edge formed in front in a direction of rotation of the axial flow fan; an inner circumferential edge formed at an inner circumference of the blades; and an outer circumferential edge formed at an outer circumference of the blades, the outer circumferential edge configured to be at downstream of a fluid, forced to move by the axial flow fan, than the inner circumferential edge, the blade being reflexed toward upstream of the fluid at a portion adjacent to the outer circumferential edge, and having a local angle-decrease section having a blade inlet angle &#x3b1; at the leading edge decreasing from neighborhood, the local angle-decrease section being formed at a side of the leading edge and being located closer to the outer circumferential edge than to the inner circumferential edge.
