Provided is a rotary compressor excellent in energy saving performance and reliability by improving sliding performance of a sliding portion and ensuring sealability in a working chamber. An oil groove is formed at a position facing a vane end face on an end plate. The oil groove communicates with an inside of a sealed container, and is exposed in a gap between a leading end surface of a vane and an outer peripheral surface of an annular piston formed when the leading end surface of the vane is in abutment on the outer peripheral surface of the annular piston.

A rotary compressor includes: a compressor housing stores lubricating oil; a compression unit compresses the refrigerant; and a motor drives the compression unit. The compression unit includes a cylinder, an upper end plate and a lower end plate, a main bearing provided on the upper end plate, a sub bearing provided on the lower end plate, a rotary shaft supported by the main bearing and the sub bearing, and a piston fitted to the rotary shaft. An inner peripheral surface of a shaft hole of the sub bearing is provided with an oil-supply groove having a helical shape that supplies the lubricating oil from a lower end to an upper end of the shaft hole, and the oil-supply groove is inclined with respect to the rotary shaft in a rotating direction and extends from the lower end toward the upper end of the rotary shaft in the rotating direction.

Rotary compressor

In a vertical cylindrical hermetically sealed container, a rotary compressor includes a motor unit and a compression unit below the motor unit. The compression unit includes a shaft having an eccentric portion, a piston shaped to fit into the eccentric portion, a flat plate-shaped vane pressed against an outer circumferential surface of the piston, and a cylinder that accommodates the piston and the vane and forms a suction chamber and a compression chamber. The rotary compressor stores, in the hermetically sealed container, lubricating oil of which amount causes immersion of a part of the compression unit. The rotary compressor has a hollow portion on a lower end side of the shaft, and has an oil supply diagonal hole that is inclined with respect to a rotation axis of the shaft and causes the hollow portion and an upper end of the eccentric portion to communicate with each other.

A rotary compressor includes a sealed vertical compressor housing, a compressing unit, and a motor. A refrigerant discharging unit is provided at an upper part and a refrigerant intake unit is provided at a lower part side surface in the sealed vertical compressor housing. The compressing unit is disposed on the lower part of the compressor housing, includes an annular cylinder, an end plate including a bearing unit and a discharge valve unit and blocking end portions of the cylinder, an annular piston that engages with an eccentric portion of a rotation axis supported by the bearing unit, revolves along a cylinder inner wall of the cylinder in the cylinder, and forms a cylinder chamber between the cylinder inner wall and the annular piston, and a vane. The motor is disposed on the upper part of the compressor housing, and drives the compressing unit via the rotation axis.

The jam detection device includes: a board to which a first output signal, a second output signal, and a timing signal for defining detection timings thereof are input in response to passing of cut sheets; a first wiring through which the timing signal is input to the board; a second wiring through which a conveying synchronization signal of the conveying device is input to the board; a conveying error detection unit that is disposed on the board and detects conveying errors of the cut sheets by detecting conditions of the first output signal and the second output signal at the detection timings; and a connection status detection unit that is disposed on the board and detects a connection status of the first wiring by comparing the conveying synchronization signal with the timing signal.

Jam detection device, conveying device, image recording apparatus, and connection status detection method

A droplet jetting device that includes a recording head section, a pressure sensor and a regulation pump is provided. The recording head section includes a recording head that jets droplets from nozzles and records an image at a recording medium. The pressure sensor is provided at the recording head section and senses a pressure of liquid supplied to the recording head by a main pump from a main tank. The main tank is disposed at a position away from the recording head section. The regulation pump is provided at the recording head section that is smaller in scale than the main pump and regulates pressure of the liquid such that the pressure of the liquid sensed by the pressure sensor is constant.

Droplet jetting device

Ink is supplied to a supply tank from a second buffer tank, and ink is pressure-fed from the supply tank to a head. Further, ink is supplied from the second buffer tank to a recovery tank, and ink is pressure-fed from the recovery tank to the head. In both pressure-feedings, ink containing air bubbles within the head is recovered at a first buffer tank. The ink, that contains the air bubbles and is recovered at the first buffer tank, is sent to the second buffer tank via an ink flow path. A degassing section is provided on the ink flow path, and a degassing process is carried out while ink is being fed.
