A drip molding supported by a pillar at a corner of the front or back of a vehicle, for draining waterdrops entering a side edge of a front or back windowpane. The drip molding has a base attached to the pillar; a part for sealing a gap between the base and the side edge; and a lip part extending from the base to the front surface of the windowpane to form a drainage path between the lip part and the windowpane. On the outside of the lip part, a bent surface is arranged so as to form an arc bending toward the front surface of the windowpane, and an inner face of the lip part is formed in a manner such that the larger a distance from the head toward the root of this part, the larger the distance between this inner face and the front surface of the windowpane.

A vehicle front pillar construction has a hollow member formed integrally to have a closed cross section, having a front supporting a windshield and a pair of sides whose width direction coincides with a direction which follows the line of sight of a driver, a door seal mounted on the side of the hollow member which is situated spaced away from the front and an outer member mounted on the front of the hollow member in such a manner as to cover the hollow member from the door seal to the windshield.

A sunroof apparatus for a vehicle includes a sunroof panel, a panel holder, a lip member, a sealing member and a lip for wind noise. The panel holder supports the sunroof panel internally relative to a cabin of the vehicle. The lip member is attached to an end portion of the panel holder. The sealing member is attached to the lip member. The lip for wind noise extends from the lip member towards inside of the cabin. An end portion of the lip for wind noise is adapted to lie closer to the sunroof panel than an end portion of the panel holder.
