A backlight refraction lens includes a body formed with an incident face and an emergent face, wherein the incident face has a raised periphery and an axis formed with an angle with an axis of the body, the angle, between the axis of the incident face and the axis of the body, set between 35 degrees to 65 degrees such that the ray light going into the body along an incident angle within 15-45 degrees is mostly projected from the emergent face after being refracted. The backlight refraction lens promotes the visibility and identification of objects on the outdoor kanban board when the outdoor kanban board is in a backlight condition such that the conventional LEDs are unnecessary to the outdoor kanban board that has a series of backlight refraction lens in accordance with the present invention mounted thereon.

Backlight refraction lens

A hanging luminous frame of a traffic sign plate includes elementary frame sections, each being a long hollow enclosure which defines a luminous frame surface and a concave back side, wherein the concave back side is to be supported against the marking surface of the traffic sign plate. Connecting edges allow the elementary frame sections to be connected to each other and form a frame. Luminous through holes are distributed over the luminous frame surfaces. Waterproof transparent covers have a housing enclosure part, a transparent covering part and a fitting and positioning part. LED lighting components have a circuit base plate, LED components and conductor wires, wherein the LED lighting component is held inside the waterproof transparent cover. A waterproof layer is filled in the housing enclosure parts to seal the inside circuit base plate. Positioning and reinforcing edges provide a stable locking interface for the locking and positioning component.

Hanging luminous frame of a traffic sign plate

A multifunctional integrated dimming controller and an LED solar traffic marking panel fitted with this controller. The multifunctional integrated dimming controller is applied to the marking panel for combining and controlling its dimming function. The multifunctional integrated dimming controller includes a controller casing having an assembly surface and a terminal coupling portion. A contact block of solar photovoltaic panel is assembled on the coupling portion and connected with the solar photovoltaic panel. A contact block is assembled on the terminal coupling portion and connected with the electrical storage device. An LED contact block is assembled on the coupling portion and connected with the LED unit. An external sensing contact block is assembled on the coupling portion and connected with the external sensor. An integrated electrical control module is accommodated into the controller casing including a circuit board, a dimming processor on the circuit board and an electrical control unit.
