The present disclosure relates to a melt-spun high-viscosity PET/low-viscosity PET two-component elastic fiber and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method adopts a six-reactor process. Terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol undergo first and second esterification reactions and first and second prepolymerization reactions, and an obtained ethylene terephthalate prepolymer is respectively introduced into a high-viscosity final polymerization reactor and a low-viscosity final polymerization reactor for polymerization reaction to obtain a high-viscosity melt and a low-viscosity melt, respectively, and then the two melts are spun together. The viscosity of the high-viscosity component can be significantly improved, and a wider range of viscosity difference between the high-viscosity and low-viscosity polyester melts can be obtained. A difference between the intrinsic viscosity of the high-viscosity melt and the intrinsic viscosity of the low-viscosity melt is 0.100-0.550; the prepared PET/PET two-component elastic fiber has high quality and high crimp shrinkage rate.

Melt-spun high-viscosity pet/low-viscosity pet two-component elastic fiber and preparation method therefor

The present disclosure relates to a high-viscosity PTT polymerization reactor and a method for preparing direct melt-spun high-viscosity PTT/low-viscosity PET two-component elastic fiber. A cage disc reactor combinations is designed in the low viscosity zone of the polymerization reactor, a circular channel is designed in the middle portion of the disc reactor combinations, and an agitating shaft is disposed in both the med-high viscosity zone and the high viscosity zone. The cage disc reactor combinations is designed with a material propelling part. The high-viscosity PTT production line comprises a first esterification reactor, a second esterification reactor, a first prepolymerization reactor, a second prepolymerization reactor, and a high-viscosity PTT polymerization reactor. The prepared elastic fiber can reach a fiber strength of 2.6˜3.2 cN/dtex, a crimp shrinkage rate of 25%˜75%, and a crimp stability of 82%˜90%.

The present disclosure relates to a surface deposited supported germanium-based or titanium-germanium-based catalyst and preparation method therefor and use thereof. The catalyst comprises a carrier, a supported deposition layer, and an active component, and the preparation method comprises: carrying out a precipitation reaction on a suspension of the carrier, a water-soluble calcium salt, a water-soluble aluminum salt, a water-soluble zirconium salt with a water-soluble hydroxide and an alkali, filtering, and calcining to form the supported deposition layer on the carrier; carrying out a hydrolysis reaction on the suspension of the carrier with a germanium source and a titanium source to obtain a catalyst precursor; carrying out a reaction on the precursor with a silicate ester and water, and loading the active component on the supported deposition layer to obtain the catalyst. When used to catalyze the polymerization of PETG or PCTG, it can significantly improve the viscosity and hue qualities.

The present disclosure relates to a high-viscosity PBT polymerization reactor and a method for preparing direct melt-spun high-viscosity PBT/low-viscosity PET two-component elastic fiber. The polymerization reactor is provided with two parallel shafts, a plurality of disc reactors is disposed on the two shafts, and a plurality of homogenizers is arranged at intervals on an outer edge of a disc combination along its circumferential direction in the low viscosity zone. When preparing the two-component elastic fiber, two production lines are used to produce a high-viscosity PBT melt and a low-viscosity PET melt, respectively, and then spinning. The high-viscosity PBT production line comprises a first esterification reactor, a second esterification reactor, a first prepolymerization reactor, a second prepolymerization reactor, and a high-viscosity PBT polymerization reactor. By using this method, the cost is low and the production capacity is high, the process flow is shortened, and the elastic fiber has good properties.

High-viscosity PBT polymerization reactor and method for preparing direct melt-spun high-viscosity PBT/low-viscosity PET two-component elastic fiber

The present disclosure relates to a direct melt-spun full-matte high-viscosity PET/low-viscosity PET two-component elastic fiber and a preparation method thereof. A liquid titanium dioxide matting agent containing a specific carrier is added to the elastic fiber; the carrier is a linear polyester or a small molecule ester; each end of the linear polyester contains a carboxyl functional group or a hydroxyl functional group independently, and the molecular weight of the linear polyester is 1800˜2500; the small molecule ester has an ABA or BAB structure, where A is a dibasic acid, and B is a diol. When preparing the elastic fiber, prepolymer and the liquid titanium dioxide matting agent are polymerized together to prepare a high-viscosity component. By using this method, the viscosity of the high-viscosity components can be significantly improved, the quality and crimp shrinkage rate of the elastic fiber are high.

Direct melt-spun full-matte high-viscosity pet/low-viscosity pet two-component elastic fiber and preparation method therefor

A method for preparing direct melt-spun high-viscosity PBAT/low-viscosity PET two-component elastic fiber and a high-viscosity PBAT polymerization reactor. This method uses two production lines respectively used to produce a high-viscosity PBT melt and a low-viscosity PET melt, which are then spun. The high-viscosity PBAT production line comprises a first esterification reactor, a second esterification reactor, a first prepolymerization reactor, a second prepolymerization reactor, and a high-viscosity PBAT polymerization reactor. The polymerization reactor is designed with a special disc structure in a parallel two-shaft disc reactor, and the two shafts are rotated in opposite directions, improving the devolatilization effect and self-cleaning, significantly increasing the viscosity. By using this method, the cost is low and the production capacity is high, the process flow is shortened, the fiber strength can reach 2.55˜2.85 cN/dtex, the crimp shrinkage rate can reach 25%˜60%, and the crimp stability can reach 58%˜70%.

Method for preparing direct melt-spun high-viscosity PBAT/low-viscosity pet two-component elastic fiber and high-viscosity PBAT polymerization reactor

A nano-supported solid-phase titanium-based multi-metal catalyst, a preparation method therefor and use thereof are provided. The catalyst comprises a carrier and an active component, the active component comprises a main active component and a secondary active component. The preparation method comprises the following steps: precipitating reaction a suspension of the carrier, a water-soluble scandium/magnesium/cobalt/zinc salt and a water-soluble hydroxide, filtering and heating treatment so that the carrier is loaded with the secondary active component; reacting a titanium source with an acid to obtain a reaction mixture; reacting the suspension of the carrier loaded with the secondary active component with the reaction mixture to obtain a catalyst precursor; and reacting the catalyst precursor with a silicate and water so that the carrier is loaded with the main active component. When used for polyester synthesis, the catalyst can inhibit the hydrolysis of titanium, significantly improve polymerization activity, inhibit the occurrence of side reactions.

Nano-supported solid-phase titanium-based multi-metal catalyst, preparation method therefor and use thereof

A melt-spun single-reactor high-viscosity PET/low-viscosity PET two-component elastic fiber and preparation method therefor. The preparation method includes steps of obtaining an ethylene terephthalate prepolymer, a step of introducing the ethylene terephthalate prepolymer into a final polymerization reactor for polymerization, wherein the final polymerization reactor has a low-viscosity melt outlet from which a low-viscosity PET melt is discharged and a high-viscosity melt outlet from which a high-viscosity PET melt are is discharged, and a step of spinning the low-viscosity PET melt and the high-viscosity PET melt through a same parallel composite spinning assembly to obtain the PET two-component elastic fiber. The method can realize simultaneous polymerization of high-viscosity and low-viscosity components in the same final polymerization reactor, and the obtained fiber has good performance.
