Shear wave elasticity imaging methods and ultrasound imaging devices are provided. The method may include: generating a shear wave in a target area of an object being examined; transmitting a first ultrasonic wave to the target area and receiving first echo data; determining an elasticity parameter of the target area according to the first echo data; obtaining a motion parameter of the target area; and displaying the elasticity parameter and the motion parameter.

Shear wave elasticity imaging method and ultrasound imaging device

Disclosed are a shear wave elasticity measurement method and a shear wave elasticity imaging system. For each pair of corresponding shear waves, an echo signal within a continuous period of time can be obtained only at a third position, so that an elasticity parameter corresponding to the target area can be obtained according to the echo signal within the continuous period of time. Not only the position required for obtaining an echo signal is few, but also the total data volume required for obtaining the echo signal is few; the calculation method is also easy, which significantly reduces the system performance requirement.

Shear wave elasticity measurement method and shear wave elasticity imaging system

Disclosed are a system and a method for ultrasound elastography and a method for dynamically processing frames in real time. The system includes an elasticity processing apparatus having an elasticity information detecting module for extracting elasticity information representing the elasticity of a target to be detected; a quality parameter calculating module for calculating at least a quality parameter reflecting quality of each elasticity image corresponding to the elasticity information; and a frame processing module for determining whether to output corresponding elasticity image based on the quality parameter of each elasticity image. When calculating a strain of consecutive images, the parameter reflecting the quality of each image is also computed, through which, the current elasticity image is determined whether to be displayed, thus avoiding the situation that colors of acquired successive elasticity images may vary greatly due to large difference existing in stress.

System and method for ultrasound elastography and method for dynamically processing frames in real time

An ultrasound apparatus, ultrasound-based liver examination device and ultrasound imaging method are provided. The ultrasound apparatus may include: an ultrasound probe, a transmission and receiving controller, an ultrasound echo signal processor, a data processor and a display device. The ultrasound echo signal processor may perform different processes on an ultrasound echo signal according to usage of the ultrasound echo signal. A gain compensation for enhancing image quality may be performed on a first ultrasound echo signal to be used for obtaining the ultrasound image, and a gain compensation for preserving original information may be performed on a second ultrasound echo signal to be used for calculating a quantitative parameter of a liver. The data processor may generate the ultrasound image according to the processed first ultrasound echo signal, calculate the quantitative parameter according to the processed second ultrasound echo signal, and output the ultrasound image and the quantitative parameter.

Ultrasound-based liver examination device, ultrasound apparatus, and ultrasound imaging method

An ultrasound elastography method and system are provided. The method may include: exciting an ultrasound probe to transmit ultrasound waves to a body tissue under examination and receive ultrasound echoes to obtain a first ultrasound echo signal, wherein the ultrasound probe comprises an ultrasound transducer provided with multiple array elements; obtaining an ultrasound image of a body tissue under examination; displaying the ultrasound image; generating a shear waves within the body tissue under examination; exciting array elements of a ultrasound transducer to transmit the ultrasound waves to form an ultrasound beam covering a first region within the body tissue under examination; receiving the ultrasound echoes from the first region to obtain the second ultrasound echo signal; and obtaining the propagation path of the shear waves within the first region according to the second ultrasound echo signal.

Ultrasound elastography method and system

An elasticity imaging method, device, and storage medium are provided. The method includes: transmitting an ultrasound wave to a target tissue; receiving an ultrasound echo of the ultrasound wave returned from the target tissue; obtaining an interference characteristic information representing the degree of interference to the target tissue; and when the interference characteristic information does not meet a preset condition, stopping determining an elasticity image of the target tissue according to the ultrasound echo.

An ultrasound transient elasticity measurement device and a transient elasticity measurement method are provided. The device includes an ultrasound probe including a vibrator, a transmitting/receiving sequence controller, and a data processor. An ultrasonic imaging device and a method for detecting endometrial peristalsis. The method comprises: acquiring ultrasound echo data of the endometrium (1), and determining on said basis the peristaltic displacement or peristaltic speed of a point in the endometrium within a preset period of time (2); calculating peristalsis parameters of the endometrium according to the peristaltic displacement or the peristaltic speed of the point in the endometrium within the preset period of time, the peristalsis parameters being used to describe the moving state of endometrial peristalsis (3); and displaying the peristalsis parameters (4). Thus, peristalsis parameters are calculated automatically without relying on the subjective determination of an ultrasound doctor, which improves the accuracy and efficiency of the detection of peristalsis.

An elasticity comparative measuring method includes: controlling an ultrasound probe to transmit a first ultrasound wave to a region of interest in a biological tissue when the biological tissue is deformed; receiving echoes of the first ultrasound wave to obtain a first echo signal; controlling the ultrasound probe to transmit a second ultrasound wave to the region of interest when the biological tissue is deformed; receiving echoes of the second ultrasound wave to obtain a second echo signal; obtaining a first elasticity result corresponding to a first cross section in the region of interest according to the first echo signal; obtaining a second elasticity result corresponding to a second cross section in the region of interest according to the second echo signal; outputting, via a display, the first elasticity result and the second elasticity result.

Ultrasound elasticity measuring devices and elasticity comparative measuring methods

The present disclosure relates to an ultrasound elastography system and method. The system may include a transmitting/receiving unit which transmits ultrasound pulses to a target and receives ultrasound echoes from the target to obtain the ultrasound echo signals; an imaging unit which processes the ultrasound echo signals and displays the obtained image; and an analysis unit which detects a region of interest and a shell region selected by an operator in the image, calculate elasticity parameters in a reference region and the shell region respectively, and analyzes the elasticity parameters to obtain an analysis result.

Ultrasound elastography imaging system and method

A shear wave elasticity measurement method and a shear wave elasticity imaging system are disclosed. The system comprises: a transmission circuit for transmitting an ultrasonic beam to a detection object; a receiving circuit and a beam synthesis module for receiving an echo of the ultrasonic beam and obtaining an ultrasonic echo signal; an image processing module for obtaining an ultrasonic fluid flow state image of a region of interest in the detection object according to the ultrasonic echo signal, identifying a sampling position in the region of interest, respectively obtaining a Doppler spectrogram corresponding to each sampling position according to the ultrasonic echo signal, and generating position displaying marks for characterizing the sampling positions; and a display for displaying the position displaying marks in the ultrasonic fluid flow state image, and displaying the obtained Doppler spectrogram. The system may simultaneously display spectra of multiple locations on a same time axis.
