A display device includes a substrate having an edge extending along a first direction, a first group of a plurality of light emitting units including a first light emitting unit having a first color and a second light emitting unit having a second color, and a second group of a plurality of light emitting units including a first light emitting unit having the first color and a second light emitting unit having the second color. A distance between the first light emitting unit in the first group and the edge is less than a distance between the first light emitting unit in the second group and the edge along the second direction. A width of the first light emitting unit in the first group is less than a width of the first light emitting unit in the second group along the second direction.

Display device

Provided is a display panel including a first substrate, a light-emitting unit on the first substrate, and a light-converting unit. The light-converting unit converts a first light having a first peak wavelength emitted by the light-emitting unit into a second light having a second peak wavelength. The first peak wavelength is smaller than the second peak wavelength. The light-converting unit includes light conversion particles and first heat dissipation particles. The thermal conductivity of the first heat dissipation particles is greater than 50 W·m·K. Provided is another display panel provided including a first substrate, a light-emitting unit on the first substrate, a pixel define layer on the first substrate, and a separation layer. The pixel define layer includes an opening to accommodate the light-emitting unit. An adhesive layer is on the first substrate. At least one of the pixel define layer and the adhesive layer includes the heat dissipation particles.

Display panel

A light-emitting unit is provided. The light-emitting unit includes a light-emitting element, a light conversion layer, and a wall. The light conversion layer is disposed on the light-emitting element. The wall covers a sidewall of the light conversion layer and extends to a portion of an upper surface of the light conversion layer.

Light-emitting unit

Disclosed is a light emitting device including a first substrate, a light blocking element, and a light emitting diode. The light blocking element is disposed on the first substrate, in which the light blocking element has a first opening and a second opening adjacent to the first opening, and the first opening and the second opening have different areas. At least a portion of the light emitting diode is disposed in the first opening.

Light emitting device

An electronic device includes a first substrate, a circuit layer, a conductive wire, and an adhesive layer. The first substrate has a first surface, a second surface and a first side surface. The second surface is opposite to the first surface, the first side surface is located between the first surface and the second surface, and the first side surface connects the first surface and the second surface. The circuit layer is disposed on the first surface of the first substrate. The conductive wire is electrically connected to the circuit layer. The adhesive layer is disposed on the first surface and the circuit layer. The adhesive layer has a second side surface, and a first portion of the conductive wire is disposed on the first side surface of the first substrate and the second side surface of the adhesive layer.

Electronic device

An electronic device including a first substrate, an isolating layer, a porous structure, and a light conversion unit is provided. The isolating layer is disposed on the first substrate and has an opening. The porous structure is disposed in the opening and has a plurality of pores arranged irregularly. The light conversion unit is disposed in the pores of the porous structure. The electronic device of the disclosure has ideal quality.

Method of manufacturing an electronic device and an electronic device

A display device includes a substrate and a plurality of pixels disposed on the substrate is provided by the present disclosure. The substrate has an edge, wherein the edge extends along a first direction. The plurality of pixels include a first pixel closest to the edge and a second pixel adjacent to the first pixel, wherein the first pixel and the second pixel are arranged along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and any one of the first pixel and the second pixel includes a plurality of sub-pixels arranged along the first direction. A width of the first pixel is less than a width of the second pixel in the second direction.

The present disclosure provides a transparent display device including a first substrate and a second substrate, and the second substrate is opposite to the first substrate. The light blocking element is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, and the light blocking element has a light transmitting opening. The light blocking element further has another light transmitting opening, and the another light transmitting opening and the light transmitting opening have different areas.

Transparent display device

An electronic device and method of fabricating the same are provided herein. The electronic device includes a first main pad; a second main pad; a first repair line electrically connected to the first main pad; a second repair line electrically connected to the second main pad, wherein the first repair line and the second repair line forms a first weldable region; a first spare pad; a second spare pad; a connection line electrically connected to the second repair line, the first spare pad and the second spare pad; and a first electronic unit disposed on the first main pad and the second main pad.

Electronic device and method of fabricating an electronic device

A light-emitting unit is provided. The light-emitting unit includes a light-emitting element, a light conversion layer, and a color filter layer. The light conversion layer is disposed on the light-emitting element. The color filter layer covers the sidewalls of the light conversion layer. In addition, the light-emitting unit further includes a protection layer located between the color filter layer and the light conversion layer.

A light emitting device including a plurality of pixels is provided by the present disclosure. Each of the plurality of pixels includes at least two light emitting diodes, and the at least two light emitting didoes are electrically connected with each other in series, wherein the at least two light emitting diodes have peak external quantum efficiencies under different currents.

A display device is provided. The display device includes a substrate and a plurality of pixels disposed on the substrate. One of the pixels includes a first light filter layer. The display device also includes a first light shielding layer, a second light shielding layer, and a plurality of light emitting diodes. The second light shielding layer is disposed on the substrate and at least partially overlapped with the first light shielding layer. An electronic device including a light emitting element, a wavelength conversion layer, a conductive wire and a wavelength selection layer is provided by the present disclosure. The light emitting element is configured to emit a light. The wavelength conversion layer is configured to convert the light. The conductive wire is electrically connected to the light emitting element. The wavelength selection layer is disposed between the conductive wire and the wavelength conversion layer, wherein the conductive wire is cured by an energy beam, and the wavelength selection layer is configured to block the energy beam.

An electronic device including a driving circuit substrate, a plurality of light emitting units, and a first passivation layer is provided. The driving circuit substrate includes a plurality of active elements. The light emitting units are disposed on the driving circuit substrate and electrically connected to the driving circuit substrate, and each of the plurality of light emitting units is five surfaces light emitting type. The first passivation layer covers the light emitting units and the driving circuit substrate for protecting the light emitting units. One of the active elements provides a current to a corresponding one of the light emitting units, such that lighting efficiency of the corresponding one of the light emitting units is ranged from 70% to 100%. The current includes a plurality of pulse currents spaced apart from each other, and time widths of the pulse currents are the same.

Electronic device with five surfaces light emitting units and passivation layer covering light emitting units and substrate

The present disclosure provides an electronic device including a first substrate, a second substrate, a light blocking element, and a transmittance controlling element. The second substrate is opposite to the first substrate. The light blocking element is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, and the light blocking element has a light transmitting opening. The light transmitting opening has at least four sides, and adjacent two sides form a round corner. The light transmitting opening overlaps the transmittance controlling element in a normal direction of the first substrate.
