A series fan frame body structure made of different materials includes at least two fans, which are serially connected with each other. The fan frames of the two fans are made of different plastic materials. Accordingly, the excited frequency of the fan is prevented from being close to the natural frequency of the fan frames. Therefore, the vibration frequencies of the fan frames are different from each other so that the co-vibration is reduced to lower the noise. By means of the series fan frame body structure made of different materials, the problem of vibration of the fan is effectively improved.

A manufacturing method in which laser welding is used to weld multiple posts of a protection structure with multiple splits of the silicon steel sheet assembly of a stator module. The manufacturing method has high welding precision and excellent sealing effect. Also, the welding time is shortened and the thermal deformation is reduced.

Manufacturing method of a stator module of a fan

A fan includes a fan frame, a rotor, a stator module and a protection structure. The fan frame has a base seat and the stator module is disposed on the base seat. The stator module includes a silicon steel sheet assembly having multiple splits and multiple outer faces. The rotor is disposed in the fan frame corresponding to the outer faces of the silicon steel sheet assembly. The protection structure includes multiple posts corresponding to the splits of the silicon steel sheet assembly. The posts are welded with the splits by means of laser welding.

An oil-retaining bearing fan structure includes a fan base seat, an oil-retaining bearing and a fan impeller. The fan base seat has a bearing cup on one side. At least one magnetic member is enclosed in the bearing cup. The magnetic member serves to apply a magnetic attraction force to a shaft of the fan structure to make the shaft quickly restore to its optimal operation position so as to reduce wear and lower the noises and vibration of the fan structure in operation. Therefore, the lifetime of the fan structure can be prolonged.

A fan with pressurizing structure includes a rotor having a main body, blades spaced on the main body, a magnetic body annularly mounted in the main body, and a shaft axially connected to an inner side of the main body; a frame having a sleeve and at least one bearing rotatably received in the sleeve, and an opposing end of the shaft being inserted into the bearing; a stator assembly fitted around the sleeve and including silicon steel plates and a base plate; and a plurality of first pressurizing sections selectively provided on one of the base plate and an end face of the magnetic body. With the first pressurizing sections, deposition of moisture and salt fog in the sleeve and the rotor can be prevented to avoid corroded and damaged bearing and rotor shaft, and the service life of the whole fan is increased.
