An inlet guide vane device having a central axis comprises a first base, a guide sleeve, a blade, a second base, a transmission disk, and an actuator. The first base has at least one first support groove and at least one guide groove. The first support groove extends along a radial direction of the central axis, and the at least one guide groove is located in the first support groove. The guide sleeve is disposed on the first support groove in a manner that the guide sleeve is capable of moving along the radial direction. The guide sleeve has a sliding sleeve, an upper guide post and a lower guide post, the sliding sleeve has a through hole extending along the radial direction. The upper guide post and the lower guide post pass through the sliding groove, and the lower guide post is movably disposed on the guide groove.

Inlet guide vane device

A motor device includes a main body, an assembling body, a stator and a rotor. The main body includes a first bearing hole and a plurality of first connectors, and all distances between each of the first connectors and an axle of the first bearing hole are the same. The assembling body has a second bearing hole. The stator includes a passage and a plurality of second connectors, the second connectors are coupled to the first connectors respectively to have the stator assembled in the main body, and the passage and the first bearing hole are coaxial. The rotor is disposed inside the passage and two ends of the rotor are installed in the first bearing hole and the second bearing hole respectively. By having both the stator and the rotor positioned by the main body, a gap between the rotor and the stator can be maintained consistently.

Compressor and motor device thereof

An improved floating apparatus for scroll compressors is disclosed, which is a multi-function device integrating a temperature protection mechanism, a pressure protection mechanism and a backflow-proof mechanism and therefore substantially is a floating seal member with overheating protection, high pressure protection and backflow-proof capabilities. In detail, the present disclosure provides a floating apparatus for scroll compressors that not only can be manufactured easily, but also capable of distributing the acting force resulting from the gliding block for providing better sealing effect while preventing the scroll compressors from being damaged by high temperature and high pressure.

Floating apparatus for scroll compressors

A scroll compressor including a block, a fixed scroll, an orbiting scroll, a crankshaft, an Oldham ring and an oil passage is provided, wherein the fixed scroll is fixed on the block, and the orbiting scroll, the crankshaft and the Oldham ring are disposed on the block. The fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll form a gas-in area, a compressing area and a gas-out area which are connected in a series. The orbiting scroll is eccentric connected with the crankshaft to orbit over the fixed scroll and drive the Oldham ring moving. A reciprocating motion area on the block is formed via the reciprocating motion between the block and the Oldham ring, wherein the block has an oil opening in the reciprocating motion area. Besides, one terminal of the oil passage is connected to the oil opening, and another terminal of the oil passage is connected to the gas-in area and the compressing area.

Structure for controlling lubricant's flow rate in scroll compressor

A scroll type compressor is disclosed. The scroll type compressor includes a housing, a frame, a compartment, a separator, a scroll pairs, a slider, a plurality of compartments, at least a pressure-regulating mechanism, and a guiding element. The compartment in the housing is separated into a high-pressure compartment, a low-pressure compartment, and a middle-pressure compartment. The separator is disposed between the high-pressure compartment and the low-pressure compartment. The separator includes an outlet at the center thereof, and at least a passage through the separator. When the pressure in the high-pressure compartment is less than that in low-pressure compartment, the pressure-regulating mechanism is opened to exhaust pressure from the middle-pressure compartment to the high-pressure compartment.

Structure for preventing axial leakage in scroll compressor

A scroll type compressor with an enhanced sealing arrangement includes two sealing rings, mounted one between a first part of a gliding block and a first chamber of a fixed scroll and another one between a second part of the gliding block and a second chamber of the fixed scroll, respectively. The sealing ring has a U-shape cross section characterized in having a center depth smaller than half of a total height of the cross section. By providing such sealing rings, damage in mounting the sealing rings can be reduced to a minimum, possible leakage from the damage can be avoided, the assembly process in producing the compressor can be improved, and the compressor can be successfully merchandized.

Scroll type compressor with an enhanced sealing arrangement

A scroll apparatus with an axial gap control function is described. The scroll apparatus is capable of controlling the axial gap between its fixed scroll and orbiting scroll. The scroll apparatus has a frame with a pair of indentations installed in the casing of the scroll apparatus, a pair of flexible elements installed at the lateral side top of the frame and spanning the pair of indentations for defining a suspended flexible segment at the span, a sidewall having a positioning ring with a downward protruding body corresponding to the indentation, in which the protruding body of the positioning ring is fixed to the flexible segment of the flexible element, a fixed scroll suspended at the positioning ring, and an orbiting scroll for orbiting into the fixed scroll.

Scroll apparatus with an axial gap control function

A scroll compressor with a backflow-proof mechanism. The scroll compressor comprises a slider disposed on a scroll couple, forming several enclosed spaces. The slider is raised by the working fluid in the spaces, preventing liquid leakage from a high-pressure chamber to a low-pressure chamber, when the scroll compressor starts. The slider descends when the compression ratio of the scroll compressor is exceeded. Thus, the pressure is released, and the performance of the scroll compressor is improved. The slider of the invention further comprises a floating element to prevent reversal of pressurized fluid and damage to the scroll couple.
