The telecommunications converter module includes a connection port configured to connect to a wireless communication device and an interface to a land-line communication network. The telecommunications converter module further includes a processor, in communication with said data port and said interface, that is configured to convert wireless telecommunication signals to land-line telecommunication signals and to convert land-line telecommunication signals to wireless telecommunication signals.
