A production system includes a cell control apparatus that is connected to a machine control apparatus and an inspection control apparatus. The cell control apparatus includes a storage part that stores data on a state of the manufacturing machine, data on an environment state, and data on an inspection result of a product. The cell control apparatus includes a correlation analysis part that selects a variable relating to an abnormality based on a correlation between the inspection result of the product, and the data on the state of the manufacturing machine and the data on the environment state when the abnormality occurs in the inspection result, and a determination value setting part that sets a determination value of the variable relating to the abnormality.

A brake control system includes: a plurality of motors each provided with a brake device and a position detecting section; and a brake control device that controls a plurality of the brake devices using one brake-oriented power source. The position detecting section includes a position detecting circuit section and a communication circuit section. The brake device includes: a current detecting section that detects a brake current flowing through a brake coil of an electromagnetic brake; and an insulating circuit section that electrically insulates the current detecting section and the communication circuit section. The communication circuit section transmits to the brake control device the brake current acquired via the insulating circuit section. The brake control device includes a fault specifying section that specifies the faulty brake device based on a plurality of detection signals detected by a plurality of the current detecting sections.

The brake control unit actuates the brake when the rotation amount per unit time of the servomotor reaches a predetermined amount or greater in a state where the servomotor is not driven by the motor control unit and the brake is not operated.

A short bar for connecting terminal blocks of two motor driving units which drive a motor includes a strip-plate-like fixed portion which has a through hole into which a screw for fixing is inserted and which is fixed to the terminal block of the motor driving unit with the screw, a first connection portion which is provided on one end of the fixed portion, and a second connection portion which is provided on the other end of the fixed portion, wherein the first connection member has a configuration that the first connection portion and the second connection portion of another shot bar can be connected electrically and mechanically with each other through a relative movement in the thickness direction of the fixing member.
