According to the present disclosure, the manufacturing is simple and convenient, thinning of product is facilitated, and the elastic members maintain good compliance, without influencing the vibration of a vibration unit. At least one elastic member is widened and/or has at least two cross sections with different sizes, thereby reducing the stress concentration, and eliminating the resonance.

The first elastic assembly and the second elastic assembly are fixed at different positions in a height direction of a voice coil. The voice coil has a first end surface in the height direction. A sound generating apparatus and an electronic device, comprising: a voice coil assembly; a pad disposed on a surface of the voice coil assembly and also provided with a separation structure, and the separation structure separates the pad into a first conductive part and a second conductive part, the first conductive part and the second conductive part are electrically connected, and the voice coil assembly is electrically connected with the first conductive part; and a conductive elastic member connected with the second conductive part, and the conductive elastic member is used for centering support the voice coil assembly. The technical solution of the present disclosure is intended to ensure that the welding end of the conductive structure and the welding end of the voice coil are consistent in height on the welding surface, so as to ensure the sound generating effect of the sound generating apparatus.

Disclosed is a sound-producing device, comprising: a housing having an accommodating room where a magnetic circuit system is installed; a voice coil including a bobbin and a voice coil body; a conductive member having a first connecting part fixed to the voice coil, a second connecting part fixed to the housing, and an elastic part located between the two connecting parts; the conductive member is combined on the voice coil body, the magnetic circuit system is provided with an avoidance part corresponding to the conductive member; the voice coil is provided with an inner conduction structure, the housing is provided with an outer conduction structure that is in electrical conduction with an external circuit; and upon being electrically connected with the inner conduction structure, the first connecting part passes through the avoidance part and extends to the housing, and is electrically connected with the outer conduction structure.
