The present invention relates to a safety lining, a safety alarming system provided with said safety lining, a logistic vessel provided with said safety alarming system, and a method for improving safety of the logistic vessel, said logistic vessel is provided with a safety alarming system, wherein said safety alarming system including: a plurality of safety linings disposed on the surface of said logistic vessel, each safety lining comprising a base, whose backside is fixed to the surface of the vessel through connecting devices; an electrically conductive unit disposed on said base and having terminals for electrical connections; wherein, the conductive units of a plurality of said safety linings are connected to an interfacing circuit through terminals to form a closed electrically conductive network, said closed conductive network has an equilibrium state for safety and a fluctuant state for unsafety; and an alarming unit connected to said interfacing circuit, which alarms when said conductive network is under fluctuant state. The invention can ensure a timely alarm when the logistic vessel is damaged, therefore improve the safety during the transportation.

The present invention discloses an intelligent security apparatus for container, a mechatronic customs seal and a bracket, a bracket, internally installed with an antenna, a processing circuit and power with electrical connection thereamong and mounted on a door of a container; a hole for fitting a customs seal, opened on the bracket; and a mechatronic customs seal, internally provided with a detecting wire and a chip written with ID code and inserted through the hole in the bracket and lock rod handle; wherein the mechatronic customs seal is inserted in the hole of the bracket, the detecting wire and the chip written with ID code in the mechatronic customs seal is electrically connected to the processing circuit in the bracket. The intelligent security apparatus provided by the present invention has physical seal structure and electrical real-time monitoring function at the same time. While checking the integrality of the physical structure via visual observation, the apparatus can also perform electrical real-time monitoring and recording for the seal status. By adopting the principle of integrating mechanism and electronics, the mechatronic customs seal enables electrical detection and one-off physical structure, which ensures high security; the data storing and transmitting section of the bracket are reusable, and hence solve the problem of costly traditional one-off electrical seal.

A tank container with electronic monitoring device includes a tank barrel and a container frame supporting the same. The tank barrel includes a valve assembly and a valve assembly protection box. The electronic monitoring device is installed inside the valve assembly protection box, or on a sealing surface of the tank barrel, or in a range of the container frame outside the tank barrel. The electronic monitoring device includes a sensor for detecting a leakage condition of the cargoes contained in the tank container and transmitting an information data related to the leakage condition, and a data processing module connected with the sensor for processing the data. The invention can be used for detecting a sealing condition of a sealing surface and an illegal open of a lid of the valve assembly protection box as well as for realizing a global tracking, whereby ensuring a safe transport for containers.
