The first film layer is a polycrystalline silicon film layer; the second film layer is an amorphous silicon film layer; and the third film layer is one of the polycrystalline silicon film layer and the amorphous silicon film layer. The diode at least includes a first portion, a second portion, a third portion, a first electrode, and a second electrode. The first portion is located in the first film layer; the second portion is located in the second film layer; and the third portion is located in the third film layer. The first electrode is electrically connected to the first portion, and the second electrode is electrically connected to the third portion.

A second touch control electrode includes a first portion disposed in the display area and a second portion disposed in the non-display area. A shift register, gate drive circuit and display panel are provided. The shift register includes a latch unit, a NAND gate unit, a buffer unit and a switch unit. The latch unit, the NAND gate unit and the buffer unit are configured to produce a scanning driving signal and a scanning stopping signal. The latch unit is configured to control the switch unit to be turned on so as to output the scanning driving signal or the scanning stopping signal from the output terminal of the shift register, or control the switch unit to be turned off so as to enable the output terminal of the shift register to float.

The display substrate includes: a base substrate having a display area and a periphery area surrounding the display area; a plurality of force sensors disposed in the periphery area; and a substrate layer layered upon the base substrate and disposed under a film layer where the plurality of force sensors are located and including a plurality of strip-shaped convex structures; wherein a portion of each of the plurality of force sensors corresponding to each of the plurality of strip-shaped convex structures is convex, and another portion of each of the plurality of force sensors corresponding to a gap between adjacent two of the plurality of strip-shaped convex structures is concave. The present disclosure achieves that abnormal display will not appear on display panel at display area edge or position corresponding to force sensor, thereby improving display effect.

An array substrate, and a display panel and display device including the same are disclosed. An embodiment of the array substrate comprises a display region and a non-display region. The non-display region comprises: abase substrate; and a first metal layer, a second metal layer, and a third metal layer arranged in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate. A transistor and a metal line are arranged in the non-display region. A gate electrode of the transistor is located in the first metal layer. A source electrode and a drain electrode of the transistor are located in the second metal layer. The metal line is located in the third metal layer. The orthographic projection of the transistor onto the base substrate overlaps, at least partially, with the orthographic projection of the metal line onto the base substrate.

Array substrate, display panel and display device including the same

An array substrate and a display panel are provided. The array substrate includes a transparent substrate including a display area and a rim area; a pixel structure and an antistatic switching tube which are arranged on a same side of the transparent substrate. The pixel structure includes a pixel thin-film transistor located in the display area, and the antistatic switching tube is located in the rim area. The pixel structure also includes first grounding wire located on a side of the antistatic switching tube facing away from the transparent substrate, and a second grounding wire located between the antistatic switching tube and the transparent substrate.
