A hydraulic oil tank () is supported by a tank support base () and a tank support base () at a position higher than that of an upper surface (A) of a right side frame () . Also, a space portion () with an opening (A) corresponding to an outer side in the right-and-left direction of an upper revolving structure () is provided between a hydraulic oil tank attachment site (B) and a hydraulic oil tank attachment site (B), and a bottom surface portion (E) of the hydraulic oil tank (). In addition, the opening (A) of the space portion () is provided with an opening/closing cover (D) openably closing the opening (A).

Disclosed is an exhaust assembly for a construction machine having a revolving upperstructure and an engine mounted on the revolving upperstructure. The exhaust assembly is to be arranged inside the revolving upperstructure of the construction machine, and is provided with an after-treatment device for exhaust gas from the engine and an exhaust pipe for releasing exhaust gas, which has been guided from an outlet port of the after-treatment device, to an outside. The exhaust assembly includes a concave-convex part, which has plural concavities and convexities, is arranged on an inner wall of the exhaust pipe, and extends in a direction of discharge of the exhaust gas.

In consequence, only the filter cylinder () can be easily mounted or dismounted without being obstructed by the pressure conduits () and () and the pressure sensor ().
