A computation device, a sensing device and a processing method based on time-of-flight (ToF) ranging are provided. In the method, intensity information of at least two phases corresponding to at least one pixel is obtained. The intensity information is generated by sensing a modulation light with time delays using these phases. Whether to abandon the intensity information of the at least two phases corresponding to the pixel is determined according to the difference between the intensity information of the at least two phases. Accordingly, the influence caused by motion blur would be reduced on depth information estimation.

Computation device, sensing device and processing method based on time of flight

An exposure method and an image sensing device using the same are provided. The exposure method includes the following steps: obtaining a first light-intensity confidence value of each pixel unit based on a first exposure time; obtaining a second light-intensity confidence value of each pixel unit based on a second exposure time, wherein the second light-intensity confidence value is different from the first light-intensity confidence value; and taking the phase difference value, corresponding to one of the light-intensity confidence value and the second light-intensity confidence value of each pixel unit, as an output value of the corresponding pixel unit.

Exposure method and image sensing device using the same

An anti-overexposure circuit structure and an electronic device using the same are provided. An anti-overexposure circuit structure includes a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a photo diode, a first switch and a control circuit. The photo diode is coupled to the first capacitor and the second capacitor. The first switch is serially connected to the photo diode. The control circuit is coupled to the first switch and configured to: control the first switch to be turned off when SOC of the first capacitor or SOC of the second capacitor the SOC is lower than a predetermined level. As a result, it can prevent pixel unit of the electronic device from being overexposed.

Anti-overexposure circuit structure and electronic device using the same

The present invention provides an image display method applied to an augmented reality (AR) system which positions a virtual object by a marker image. The image display method includes that: a reality image is acquired, wherein the reality image includes a first image where the marker image is positioned and a second image, and the marker image includes a known pattern; the first image in the reality image is replaced with an extending image of the second image on the basis of a relationship between the known pattern and the first image to generate a display image; and the display image is displayed. Therefore, the condition that an AR image includes the marker image and thus the whole image looks unnatural may be avoided. In addition, the AR system using the foregoing method is also provided.

Augmented reality system and image display method thereof

An image processing system including a camera, a positioning device, a processor and a display is provided. The camera captures a real view image. The positioning device detects a camera position of the camera. The processor receives a high-precision map and a virtual object, calculates a camera posture of the camera according to the camera position by using a simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM), projects a depth image according to the camera posture and a three-dimensional information of the high-precision map, superimposes the depth image and the real view image to generate a stack image, and superimposes the virtual object to the stack image according to a virtual coordinate of the virtual object to produce a rendered image. The display displays the rendered image.

Image processing system for augmented reality and method thereof

A depth imaging device is provided. A first camera and a second camera form a first depth imaging system. A projection element and a second camera form a second depth imaging system. The control unit is configured to instruct one of the first and second depth imaging systems to acquire a depth map and a confidence map, and determine whether each of confidence values in the confidence map is less than a confidence threshold value. If each of the confidence values is less than the confidence threshold value, then the control unit turns on the other of the first and second depth imaging systems. If at least one of the confidence values is not less the confidence threshold value, then the control unit determines whether a closest distance in the depth map falls within a predetermined range or not. A driving method of a depth imaging device is also provided.
