A printing apparatus includes: a first frame; a second frame fixed to the first frame, the second frame having an accommodation space configured to accommodates a roll, the roll having a printing medium rolled thereon; a pair of support parts supported on the second frame, the pair of support parts being configured to support end faces of the roll in a first direction, at least one of the pair of support parts being supported on the second frame so as to be movable in the first direction; a guide member provided on the first frame; and contact portions provided to the support parts, the contact portions being configured to slide while being in contact with the guide member.

A printing device includes a frame, and an electronic circuit-board unit attached to the frame. The electronic circuit-board unit includes: a holder including a holding portion; a first substrate held to a first surface of the holder; a second substrate held to a second surface of the holder and attached to the frame; an electronic component; and a harness electrically connected to the electronic component. The holder has: a first region overlapped with the first substrate in a plan view; and a second region offset from the first region in the plan view. At least one of the electronic component and the harness is held by the holding portion.

A printing apparatus includes: a main body having an accommodation part accommodating a printing medium; and an opening/closing cover supported by the main body so as to be swingable between a closed position and an opened position, a first unit and a second unit being selectively installable to the opening/closing cover, the first unit being configured to rotatably support a first platen roller, the second unit being configured to rotatably support a second platen roller, the opening/closing cover including a cover guide, the opening/closing cover having a discharge port discharging the guided printing medium. The first unit has a partition wall superposed to cover the cover guide and partitioning a space into the first platen roller-side and the discharge port-side in a case the first unit is installed to the opening/closing cover.

A printing apparatus includes a platen roller conveying a printing medium in a first direction, a peeler peeling off a label from a mount, a support member supporting a driven roller that conveys the mount in a second direction with the platen roller, and a rib portion provided on the support member and guiding the label peeled off from the mount in the first direction. The rib portion includes a first rib, a second rib and a third rib, continuously in the first direction. The first rib is inclined away from a virtual line in the first direction toward an upstream side from the second rib. A printing apparatus includes: a housing having a discharge port through which a printing medium being allowed to be discharged; an installation part to which a unit being removably installable to the installation part, the unit being configured to surround at least a part of the discharge port in a case the unit is installed, the unit being configured to perform specific processing on the printing medium; and a lid member removably installed to the installation part, the lid member being installable to the installation part in a case the unit is not installed to the installation part.

There is provided a battery charger configured to charge a battery including a battery terminal. The battery charger includes a receiving portion in a form of a recess, and a charging terminal provided in the receiving portion. The battery is attachable to and detachable from the receiving portion. The receiving portion includes a holding portion configured to selectively hold the battery in the receiving portion at one of a first posture and a second posture different from the first posture. When the battery is in the first posture, the battery terminal is in contact with the charging terminal to allow the battery to be charged. A printing apparatus having a body, a cover, a pair of supporting parts, a locking member, and an engaging portion, is provided. At least one of the pair of supporting parts is a movable supporting part. The locking member arranged on the movable supporting part is movable between a locked position and an unlocked position. The engaging portion arranged in a container compartment engageable with the locking member being at the locked position. The locking member at the unlocked position when the cover is open is separated from the engaging portion. In a process where the cover is moved to be closed, a protrusive portion in the cover contacts to be pressed against a contact portion in the locking member, causing the locking member to shift from the unlocked position to the locked position to be engaged with the engaging portion.
