A tire pressure monitoring system () includes a data acquisition portion () that acquires data indicating a tire pressure and a tire temperature of the tire, from a sensor (FL), a sensor (FR), a sensor (RL), and a sensor (RR) mounted to the tire; a puncture determination portion () that determines whether the tire is punctured, based on a puncture determination threshold defined by a relationship between the tire pressure and the tire temperature; and a warning processing portion () that generates a warning indicating that the tire is punctured apart from a warning of a drop of the tire pressure when the puncture determination portion () determines that the tire is punctured.

The present invention provides a tire internal pressure warning system, comprising: an internal pressure data acquisition apparatus for obtaining data of internal pressure of each tireof a vehicle(a TPMS sensor transmitterand a TPMS receiver); and an information terminal devicefor determining whether there is a puncture-based failure or a failure resulting from a natural pressure drop, based on a change in the internal pressure of each tire received from the TPMS receiver, and displaying a warning in accordance with the failure condition.
