A heat exchanger includes a heat exchanger core, an intake tank, and a flow limiting portion. The heat exchanger core includes a stacked heat exchange portion, a distribution portion, and a collection portion. The stacked heat exchange portion defines first fluid flow paths through which a first fluid flows in a first direction, and second fluid flow paths through which a second fluid flows in a third direction. The distribution portion is configured to distribute the first fluid to the first fluid flow paths. The collection portion is configured to collect the first fluid from the first fluid flow paths. The flow limiting portion is configured to suppress an inflow of the second fluid from the intake tank into the distribution portion and the collection portion. The flow limiting portion and the intake tank are provided as a single component.

Heat exchanger

A heat exchanger includes a duct, a stacked core, and a coupling plate. The duct includes a first plate that is disposed to face at least one of end faces of the stacked core in a core width direction, and a second plate that is disposed to face at least one of the end faces of the stacked core in a tube stacking direction. The second plate includes a second-plate end plate portion disposed to face the end face of the stacked core in the core width direction and brazed to a wall surface of the first plate, a second-plate center plate portion that is disposed to face the end face of the stacked core in the tube stacking direction, and a flange portion that extends in the tube stacking direction and is brazed to a bottom wall surface of a groove portion of the coupling plate.

A bonded body is formed of a first member and a second member. The first member has a first base portion and a first welded portion which protrudes from the first base portion toward the second member side. The second member has a second base portion and a second welded portion which protrudes from the second base portion toward the first member side. In a first region of the joint portion, a first rib formed so as to project from the first base portion toward the second member side covers the first welded portion and the second welded portion from the side. In a second region different from the first region, a second rib formed so as to project from the second base portion toward the first member side covers the first welded portion and the second welded portion from the side.

An aluminum alloy brazing sheet having high corrosion resistance is provided, which develops the sacrificial anticorrosion effect in both surfaces of the sheet, which has the brazing function in one of both the surfaces, and which prevents the occurrence of preferential corrosion. A channel forming component for a vehicular heat exchanger is also provided by utilizing the aluminum alloy brazing sheet. An aluminum alloy brazing sheet having high corrosion resistance includes an aluminum alloy core, a filler material clad on one surface of the core, and a sacrificial anode material clad on the other surface of the core, wherein the filler material, the sacrificial anode material, and the core have respective predetermined alloy compositions. A channel forming component for a vehicular heat exchanger is manufactured using the aluminum alloy brazing sheet having high corrosion resistance.
