In an inverter device, a pair of bus bars P and N are disposed along each other between a smoothing capacitorand a power semiconductor moduleand are connected to the smoothing capacitorand the power semiconductor module. A heat sinkis disposed between the bus bars P and N along the bus bars P and N. Insulating membersare disposed between the bus bar P and the heat sinkand between the bus bar N and the heat sink. A part of the heat sinkis connected to a caseon which the power semiconductor moduleis mounted.

Bus bar heat dissipation structure and inverter device

An electrical device according to the present invention has a case (), a metallic heat sink plate () disposed an opening portion (OP) of the case and a circuit board () arranged on the heat sink plate. The heat sink plate () is interposed between a capacitor () and the circuit board () so that the circuit board () is separated from the capacitor () by not only the resinous case () but also the metallic heat sink plate (). Thus, electromagnetic space noise generated from the capacitor () is shielded or reduced by the metallic heat sink plate () whereby a malfunction of the circuit board () is prevented from occurring due to electromagnetic space noise generated from the capacitor ().

Electrical device

To increase thermoelectromotive voltage of a thermoelectric conversion element with a magnetization direction, a temperature gradient direction, and an electromotive force direction orthogonal to each other. A thermoelectric conversion elementis formed by annularly winding a thermoelectric material which is radially magnetized and circumferentially generates an electromotive force in accordance with a temperature gradient in the axial direction thereof. Thus, the thermoelectric material is wound not linearly but annularly, so that a connection line for connecting a plurality of thermoelectric materials is not necessary. In particular, when the thermoelectric material is wound in a plurality of turns, the length per unit area of the thermoelectric material in the direction of the electromotive force can be significantly increased, making it possible to significantly increase thermoelectromotive voltage while suppressing increase in the size of the element.
