A wheel loader with a front bucket is capable of preventing spillage of load materials from the bucket, even without adjusting an angle of the bucket where a traveling state is switched from a flat ground to an inclined ground. The wheel loader has a bucket provided on the front of a vehicle body to scoop and discharge a work material, an inclination sensor for detecting an inclination angle θ of the vehicle body, and a controller configured to, in the case where a height position of the bucket is higher than a predetermined height and it is determined that the vehicle body is in a state of being inclined rearward, activate a bucket cylinder for causing the bucket to correct an angle of the bucket toward a front side where the bucket dumps in accordance with the inclination angle of the vehicle body.

To improve working efficiency in an eco mode when a power mode and the eco mode have been set in a wheel loader, the wheel loader is provided with a controller having an eco mode characteristic line, a power mode characteristic line, and a lifting operation characteristic line having a matching point C located between a matching point A between a working device operating engine torque characteristic line and the eco mode characteristic line and a matching point B between the working device operating engine torque characteristic line and the power mode characteristic line. The controller includes a control portion, which controls a HST pump in accordance with the lifting operation characteristic line when lifting operation of a lift arm is detected while the eco mode has been selected by a work mode selecting portion.

A work vehicle includes: a hydraulic pump driven by an engine; a rotational speed detection unit that detects an actual rotational speed of the engine; an exhaust gas purification device that purifies nitrogen oxide in exhaust gas discharged from the engine using a reducing agent solution stored in a reducing agent tank; a torque control unit that decreases output torque of the engine according to decrease of a detected remaining amount of the reducing agent solution; and a storage device that stores a threshold value not less than an engine rotational speed at which the hydraulic pump starts discharge, wherein when the actual rotational speed of the engine is not more than the threshold value, the torque control unit does not decrease the output torque of the engine regardless of the remaining amount of the reducing agent solution detected by the remaining amount detection device.

There are provided: an HST hydraulic circuit that is formed through a closed circuit connection of a variable displacement hydraulic pumpand first and second variable displacement hydraulic motorsand; a charge pumpthat replenishes the HST hydraulic circuit with hydraulic oil; a cooling circuit through which an excess of the hydraulic oil that has been replenished from the charge pumpto the HST hydraulic circuit is returned to a reservoir through the hydraulic pump, the first hydraulic motor, and the second hydraulic motor; a hydraulic sourcethat supplies hydraulic oil to an hydraulic device other than the first and second hydraulic motors; and a merge circuit through which a portion of hydraulic oil from the hydraulic sourceis merged into an intermediate oil linethat lies downstream of the first hydraulic motorand upstream of the second hydraulic motorin the cooling circuit.
