A turbine rotor blade comprises: a blade effective part; a snubber disposed on radially outer side of the blade effective part; a platform disposed on radially inner side of the blade effective part; and an implanted part disposed on radially inner side of the platform. A first flow path is formed inside the implanted part for a cooling medium to pass through. A second flow path is formed inside the platform for the cooling medium having passed through the first flow to pass through. A blade effective part flow path is formed inside the blade effective part for the cooling medium having passed through the second flow path to pass through. A snubber flow path is formed inside the snubber for the cooling medium having passed through the blade effective part flow paths to pass through.

Turbine rotor blade and turbine

An axial-flow turbine according to an embodiment includes a plurality of nozzle structures and a plurality of blade structures. At least one nozzle structure includes an outer ring diaphragm and an inner ring diaphragm. The outer ring diaphragm and the inner ring diaphragm form an annular opening portion which extends in a circumferential direction therebetween. A nozzle is provided in a portion of a region of the annular opening portion in the circumferential direction, and a closing part is provided in another portion of the region of the annular opening portion in the circumferential direction. The closing part closes this other portion of the region to prevent a working fluid from flowing into this other portion of the region. A closing part medium passage is provided in the closing part and is configured to flow a cooling medium which cools the closing part.

Axial-flow turbine and power plant including the same

A flasher separates a geothermal fluid into steam and hot water. A steam turbine is driven by being supplied with the separated steam as a working medium. An evaporator is supplied with the steam from the steam turbine as a first heating medium, which is thereafter supplied to a first preheater via the evaporator. A superheater is supplied with the hot water separated by the flasher as a second heating medium, which is thereafter supplied to a second preheater via the superheater. A medium turbine is driven by being supplied, as a working medium, with a low-boiling-point medium having been heat-exchanged sequentially in the first preheater, the second preheater, the evaporator, and the superheater. In the evaporator and the first preheater, the low-boiling-point medium and the first heating medium are heat-exchanged. In the superheater and the second preheater, the low-boiling-point medium and the second heating medium are heat-exchanged.

The damage-repairing method of the transition piece includes: a pressurized heat treating step of, under high pressure, heat treating the inner duct; a surface finishing step of scraping off the brazing repair materialprojecting from the outer surface; and a non-pressurized heat treating step of solution heat treating and aging heat treating the inner ductunder non-pressure.

According to an embodiment, at least one first outer ring has an annular outer ring cavity to which external cooling steam is supplied. A radial direction cooling hole connecting with the outer ring cavity is formed in the stator blades connected to the first outer ring. An annular inner ring cavity connecting with the radial direction cooling hole is formed in a first inner ring constituting one diaphragm together with the first outer ring. Cooling steam blowing holes connecting an annular wheel space and the inner ring cavity are formed. The annular wheel space is formed between the first inner ring and a rotor wheel adjacent to the first inner ring.

The first manufacturing process allows basic compounds containing nitrogen atoms to be released from the intermediate product. The second manufacturing process is susceptible to degradation due to contamination by the basic compounds.

A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes subjecting a semiconductor wafer, which includes a copper layer formed above a semiconductor substrate and covered with an insulating film, to a dry etching using a fluorocarbon gas to partially remove the insulating film, thereby at least partially exposing a surface of the copper layer. The copper layer, the surface of which is at least partially exposed is subjected to a nitrogen plasma treatment. The semiconductor wafer having the nitrogen plasma-treated copper layer is exposed to atmosphere, and then the semiconductor wafer is subjected to a surface treatment.

By locally heating or cooling a substrate in an etching process, temperature unevenness is controlled, and convection currents of an etching liquid are restricted simultaneously. By setting the etching temperature low in an initial stage of the etching process and increasing it in a final stage, uniform and quick etching is possible. In a drop etching method, generation of bubbles can be prevented to ensure uniform etching by providing gas release openings in a member opposed to the substrate.
