Blower fan

A motor includes a stator unit and a rotor rotatable relative to the stator unit. The stator unit includes a stator, a resin portion, a support portion, and an annular recess. The stator includes a stator core, an insulator, and a conducting wire wound around the stator core with the insulator interposed therebetween. The resin portion covers at least part of the stator. The support portion supports the stator. At an end portion of the stator unit on one side in an axial direction, the recess is recessed toward another side in the axial direction. The resin portion is positioned further in a radially outer direction than the recess. The rotor includes an annular projection extending toward the other side in the axial direction. At least part of the projection is accommodated in the recess.

Motor and fan motor

A serial axial flow fan includes a first axial flow fan, a second axial flow fan, and a current plate. Hollow cells of the current plate are partitioned by a lattice-shaped partition, penetrate in an axial direction, and are uniformly two-dimensionally arranged at an outer edge. An axially lower end portion of a first housing of the first axial flow fan and an axially upper end portion of a second housing are directly coupled to each other, and the current plate is provided in a coupling unit of the first housing and the second housing. An axially lower end portion of the first tubular unit of the first housing is axially opposed to an axially upper end portion of the second tubular unit of the second housing with the current plate interposed therebetween. A recess recessed on an opposite side to the coupling unit in the axial direction is provided on an axially end surface of at least one of an axially lower end surface of the first tubular unit and an axially upper end surface of the second tubular unit. A lead wire of at least one of the first axial flow fan and the second axial flow fan is accommodated in the recess. At least a portion of the recess overlaps a portion of the current plate in the axial direction.

Serial axial flow fan

In a fan motor, a stator unit of a motor that rotates an impeller includes a cylindrical bearing holder that extends in an axial direction, a cover that covers an end of the bearing holder on one side in the axial direction, and a seal provided between the bearing holder and the cover. The cover has a disc portion that is provided on the end on the one side in the axial direction and extends in the radial direction, and a cylindrical portion that extends from the disc portion to the other side in the axial direction, and is located inside of the end. The seal has a first seal portion located between an inner side face of the end and an outer side face of the cylindrical portion in the radial direction.

Stator unit, motor, and fan motor

In a fan motor, a stator unit of a motor that rotates an impeller includes an annular stator, the center of which is positioned on a central axis, and a housing including an accommodating portion that accommodates a part of a resin portion covering at least a part of the stator. At least one of a bottom face of the accommodating portion oriented to the stator in the axial direction and an inner side face of the accommodating portion oriented to an inner side in the radial direction is provided with a plurality of stepped portions. The stepped portions are different from each other in length in the axial direction when provided in the bottom face, and/or in length in the radial direction when provided in the inner side face. The bottom face, the inner side face, and the stepped portion are covered with the resin portion.

A motor includes a stator, a rotor that rotates relatively to the stator, a circuit board, and a holding member that holds the stator and the circuit board. The stator includes a stator core including a core back and teeth, an insulator covering a portion of the stator core, a coil with a coil wire wound around the teeth with the insulator in between, and a coil end portion being an end portion of the coil wire. The circuit board has a second through hole. The holding member has a first through hole disposed on a lower side of the second through hole. The coil end portion passes through the first and second through holes and is electrically connected to the circuit board. A lower portion of the holding member is connected to an upper portion of the insulator, and an upper portion thereof is connected to the circuit board.

Method for estimating service life of motor, motor control system, blower system, and multicopter system

A fan includes a motor part, an impeller fixed to the motor part, a housing, and a first circuit board mounted with electronic components. The motor part includes an armature having coils, and a second circuit board connected to the coils and the first circuit board. The housing surrounds outer peripheries of the motor part and the impeller. The housing includes an intake port which is an upper opening of the housing, an exhaust port which is a lower opening of the housing, a flange portion enlarged radially outward from an outer circumferential surface of the housing, and a circuit board fixing portion protruding from the outer circumferential surface and making contact with the first circuit board. The first circuit board is disposed spaced apart from the outer circumferential surface, positioned radially inward of a radial outer edge of the flange portion, and arranged to extend in an axial direction.

Axial flow fan

A fan includes an impeller portion generating an air flow and a motor that rotates the impeller portion about a center axis. The impeller portion is attached to a yoke of a rotor portion of the motor and is rotated with the yoke. A circular portion of the impeller is attached to a bottom opening of the yoke having a cylindrical shape whose top is covered by insert molding. Therefore, the impeller and the yoke may be securely fixed to each other. In addition, an outer side surface of the yoke is exposed to outside air such that the space arranged inward from the plurality of blades may be enlarged.

A motor according to the present invention preferably includes a boss portion preferably includes an inner ring portion including a substantially ring shaped convex portion at an axially lower end surface thereof. The boss portion preferably includes a through hole at which a shaft is press fitted at a central portion thereof. A rotor holder including a substantially cylindrical shape includes a through hole centered about a rotary axis. The through hole and the inner ring portion of the boss portion are fitted to one another. The convex portion includes a portion plastically deformed outwardly in the radial direction to sandwich an inner circumferential surface of the rotor holder. The inner circumferential surface of the impeller cup portion includes a plurality of convex portions near an upper portion thereof. The rotor holder is press fitted into the inner circumferential surface of the impeller cup portion via the convex portions.
