An object of the present invention is to provide an anti-adhesion membrane that has no toxicity to a living body, has flexibility allowing itself to fit an affected part as a hydrated gel, is uniformly crosslinked, and is immediately absorbed in a living body after maintaining its shape in the living body for a certain period of time. The present invention provides anti-adhesion material, which comprises a thermally crosslinked gelatin film, and has a water content of 60 to 85% calculated by the following formula (1):water content (%)=[()/]&#xd7;100(%)&#x2003;&#x2003;(1),in the formula (1), Ws representing a weight (wet weight) of the anti-adhesion material immersed in a phosphate buffered saline solution at a temperature of 25&#xb0; C. for one hour, and Wd representing a weight (dry weight) of the anti-adhesion material dried completely using a vacuum drying apparatus.

Anti-adhesion membrane

An antiadhesive material that is excellent in biocompatibility and bioabsorbability, as well as excellent strength in suturing and bonding, is provided. A reinforcing materialmade of a biodegradable polymer is placed in a gelatin solution so that the reinforcing materialis impregnated with the solution, and the gelatin is caused to gelate and dried. By so doing, an antiadhesive material in which a gelatin filmand the reinforcing materialare integrated is obtained. The reinforcing materialpreferably is arranged in a portion of the gelatin filmto be subjected to suturing, and preferably is arranged along a periphery of the gelatin film. The gelatin filmpreferably is a cross-linked gelatin film, and the reinforcing materialpreferably is a nonwoven fabric.

Antiadhesive material

The present invention aims to provide a material for revascularization which enables the regeneration of a blood vessel at an extremely high efficiency by being transplanted into a defect of the blood vessel. The present invention provides a tubular material for revascularization comprising a foamed body comprising a bioabsorbable material, a reinforcing member comprising a bioabsorbable material for reinforcing the foamed body, and a reinforcing yarn comprising a bioabsorbable material for reinforcing the foamed body, wherein the reinforcing yarn and the reinforcing member are located at the center or outer face of the foamed body, the inner face thereof is the foamed body, the reinforcing yarn is wound around in a spiral-shaped, ring-shaped or X-shaped manner, and the reinforcing yarn comprises a glycolide-&#x3b5;-caprolactone copolymer.

Base material for revascularization

The scaffold for culturing a cardiovascular tissue of the present invention is a scaffold for culturing a cardiovascular tissue, which is tubular, and comprises a foamed polymer comprising a bioabsorbable material reinforced with a reinforcing material comprising a bioabsorbable material, the foamed polymer comprising lactide (D, L, DL isomer)-&#x3b5;-caprolactone copolymer containing lactide (D, L, DL isomer) in a content of 50 to 54 mole % and &#x3b5;-caprolactone in a content of 50 to 46 mole %, and the reinforcing material being covered with the foamed polymer.

Substrate for culture of cardiovascular tissue

A medical film that is excellent in biocompatibility and bioabsorbability and has an excellent strength in suturing and bonding is provided. A reinforcing materialmade of a biodegradable polymer is placed in a gelatin solution so as to allow the solution to infiltrate in the reinforcing materialand then the gelatin is dried. This allows the gelatin that has infiltrated entirely in an internal part of the reinforcing materialto gel, thereby forming a gelatin film. Thus, a medical filmin which the reinforcing materialand the gelatin filmare integrated is obtained. The gelatin filmpreferably is a cross-linked gelatin film.
