Provided is a fastener stringer attachment structure which can provide an attractive pants silhouette, improve the fit of the pants, and furthermore, reduce the manufacturing cost of the pants by reducing the number of superposed fabrics at a side edge section of a lower front bodice. A fastener tape of a fastener stringer is sewn with a sewing thread to the upper surface of a lower side fabric so that a fastener element of the fastener stringer is positioned inside an end section of the lower side fabric, and a portion of the sewing thread positioned over the fastener tape is in contact with the upper surface of the fastener tape.

Fastener stringer attachment structure

A female button is in an unlocked state when a rotator takes a first position and is in a locked state when the rotator takes a second position, insertion and removal of a post of a male button being allowed in the unlocked state, and insertion and removal of the post of the male button being hindered in the locked state. Arresting part or elastic member is provided with a projection which, when the rotator rotates toward the second position, displaces the arresting part toward the rotational axis before the rotator reaches the second position and, if the displacement of the arresting part toward the rotational axis is obstructed by the post, rotational resistance of the rotator is increased.

Female button and combination of female button and male button

A metallic engaging element of vintage type having a pair of leg portions formed so as to branch to right and left sections from the bottom of a body portion of the engaging element. The leg portions are formed into an L-like sectional shape including a sheet-like nipping portion and a leg portion side wall. The sheet-like nipping portion has a notch portion for sandwiching one side edge portion of a fastener tape from the front and rear surfaces. At least one projecting portion is formed in each of leg portion inner wall surfaces opposing the one side edge portion of the fastener tape in the leg portion side wall.

Slide fastener engaging element and slide fastener

A tape with snap fastener in which fixing strength of a fastener to a tape main body is secured and which is excellent in durability by eliminating a possibility that the fastener may contact directly the tape upon engagement and disengagement and has good external design performance. A base portion is fixed to front and rear surfaces of the tape main body of the male or female synthetic resin snap fastener, and a substantially cylindrical engaging protruding portion projects vertically from the base portion. A ring-like continuous concave groove portion, which has the same center as the base portion and an inner diameter exceeding the inner diameter of the engaging protruding portion, is provided on any one of front and rear surfaces of the base portion. The engaging protruding portion and the continuous concave groove portion have depth reaching the tape main body.
