An electronic component protection structure and a switch device capable of protecting an electronic component from static electricity charged on or within a case member are achieved with a simple configuration. An electronic component protection structure includes a circuit board on which an electronic component is mounted, a base member supporting the circuit board, a case member covering the circuit board and fixed to the base member, and a conductive ground member connected to the circuit board. The ground member includes an exposed portion at least a part of which is exposed to the inside of the case member.

A magnetic sensor unit capable of accurately detecting a change of a magnetic field by a magnetic sensor and accurately positioning each magnet with respect to a yoke includes a yoke fixed to a rotor relatively displaced with respect to a base plate, two magnets fixed to the yoke and disposed apart from each other in a relative displacement direction of the rotor, and a magnetic sensor fixed to the base plate and detecting a change of a magnetic field formed by the two magnets. The yoke has a convex portion protruding between the two magnets. The convex portion includes abutting portions on which the two magnets abut.

A position sensor according to the present invention includes: a magnet configured to move together with a moving body and generate a first magnetic flux along a specific movement direction of the moving body and a second magnetic flux along the opposite direction to the specific movement direction of the moving body; and a sensor configured to detect the direction of the first magnetic flux and the direction of the second magnetic flux. The magnet is configured by at least one magnet having at least two pairs of magnetic poles to be paired formed thereon.

Position sensor and position detection method

An accelerator position sensor according to the present invention is held inside a throttle grip of a vehicle rotationally operated by a driver. The accelerator position sensor includes: a magnet extended along a rotation axis of the throttle grip and configured to rotate in conjunction with the throttle grip; a magnetic detection unit arranged so as to face a predetermined face of the magnet; and a magnetic body arranged so as to face another face that is different from the predetermined face of the magnet. On the predetermined face and the other face of the magnet, respectively, mutually different numbers of magnetic poles are magnetized along a rotation direction of the magnet.

Accelerator position sensor

A position sensor of the present invention includes: a magnet that moves together with a moving body; a magnetic sensor that detects a magnetic flux generated by the magnet; and a detector that detects an anomaly of the magnetic sensor based on a detection value detected by the magnetic sensor. The magnetic sensor is set so as to detect the detection value taking a value on a locus preset in accordance with a position of the moving body, and the locus is set so that a change rate of the detection value corresponding to change of the position of the moving body differs for each of a plurality of sections set within a movement range of the moving body. The detector detects the anomaly of the magnetic sensor based on a relation between the detection value and a comparison value that is a value corresponding to the locus.

A bar end mounting structure in a handle which is capable of improving the ease of maintenance of a bar end. A handlebar with a hollow shape has an L-shaped groove. The L-shaped groove is comprised of a first groove portion, which is formed in a longitudinal direction of the handlebar in a manner extending from an opening end, and a second groove portion, which is formed in substantially a circumferential direction of the handlebar and is contiguous to the first groove portion. The bar end and the screw support unit are fixed to the handlebar by screwing the screw into the screw support unit in a state in which the projecting portion of the screw support unit is in engagement with the second groove portion.

Throttle device

Provided is a throttle grip device that can stably generate an operation feeling and achieves downsizing itself. A throttle grip device includes a throttle grip attached to a handlebar, an accelerator position sensor, and a return spring. The accelerator position sensor and the return spring are accommodated inside the handlebar so as to be arranged tandemly along a straight line. The accelerator position sensor includes a cylindrical inner rotor in which a plurality of magnetic poles is magnetized along a circumferential direction, a magnetic material-made outer case configured to accommodate the inner rotor, and a sensor IC disposed facing a sensor side end of the inner rotor and offset from a central axis of the inner rotor. The inner rotor rotates in conjunction with the throttle grip.

Throttle grip device using magnet

A rotation angle detection sensor includes a magnet body subjected to magnetization in an in-plane direction, a first Hall element and a second Hall element separated from each other and arranged offset to one of spaces divided by an imaginary plane including a rotation axis, and a third Hall element located in a position away from a straight line passing through the first Hall element and the second Hall element. A storage section stores a rotation angle that is related to electric signals having a phase difference therebetween, among electric signals of the first Hall element, the second Hall element, and the third Hall element. A detection section detects the electric signals of the first Hall element, the second Hall element, and the third Hall element and obtains from the storage section the rotation angle that is related to the detected electric signals.

Magnetic rotation detection apparatus

In a plughole waterproofing device for an engine, a coil case is fitted onto the ignition coil that is accommodated in a plughole of an engine, and an upper portion of the case protruding above the engine is provided with a longitudinal air path extending upward from a lower end thereof communicating with the plughole and a vent hole communicating with an upper end portion of the air path and opened to ambient air. A cover wall hanging while surrounding the vent hole is continuously provided on the case upper portion, and an air chamber is formed inside the cover wall, the vent hole being opened in an upper portion of the air chamber, and an opening face being formed at an entire bottom of the air chamber opening toward the engine.
