A high-frequency module includes a wiring substrate, a high-frequency circuit including circuit components disposed on the upper surface of the wiring substrate, a post made of metal and disposed on the upper surface of the wiring substrate, a sealing resin covering the circuit components, and an antenna substrate disposed on the upper surface of the sealing resin and having an antenna formed by a metal pattern. A groove is provided on the sealing resin, at least a part of the post is exposed from the groove, a central surface and two opposing side wall surfaces located higher than the central surface are formed at the upper side of the post, and a conductive adhesive is bonded to the central surface, the two side wall surfaces, and the antenna.

High-frequency module

An electronic circuit unit includes a circuit substrate having a rectangular shape and is obtained by cutting an integral substrate along a vertical cut line and a horizontal cut line to be separated; a copper foil land soldered to components; and a substrate outer edge, which is formed by cutting, of two sides orthogonal to each other. The copper foil land and the substrate outer edge are positioned in the vicinity of a corner of the circuit substrate. Solder resist is provided around the copper foil land. A plurality of substrate exposure portions without the solder resist is provided in the vicinity of the substrate outer edge.

Electronic circuit unit and method of manufacturing electronic circuit unit

A surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter includes a SAW chip mounted in a recession of a multi-layer substrate, a sealing plate covering the recession, an end surface electrode that is provided on the outer surface of the substrate and is in conduction with the SAW chip, a metal conductor for radiating heat that is provided on the surface at the opposite side from the sealing plate of the multi-layer substrate, and a through hole provided in the substrate, one end thereof being connected to the metal conductor. The other end of the through hole is connected with the SAW chip through the intermediary of a metal constituent, such as an electrically conductive adhesive layer.
