A control system of a vehicle is provided, which includes an automatic transmission, a brake controller, and a processor configured to execute a neutral idle controlling module, a hydraulic pressure calculating module, a hydraulic pressure controlling module to calculate a target value of hydraulic pressure supplied to a frictional engageable element according to a given parameter, and a brake hold controlling module. The calculating module includes a first calculating submodule executed to calculate the target value in a period from an issuance of a vehicle start request when a neutral idle control is executed and a brake hold control is not executed in a vehicle stopped state until the frictional engageable element is engaged, and a second calculating submodule executed to calculate the target value so that a calculated value is lower than in the first calculation when the value of the parameter is the same.

Vehicle control system

A fuel control apparatus of an engine comprises fuel control means for controlling fuel supply means in such a manner that an amount of fuel supplied to the engine corresponds to an intake pressure on the basis of a signal outputted from intake pressure detecting means for detecting the intake pressure of an intake passageway, exhaust resistance changing means for changing an exhaust resistance of an exhaust passageway correspondingly to the operating condition of the engine, and correction means for correcting a supply amount of the fuel to be controlled by the fuel control means when the exhaust resistance of the exhaust passageway is changed by the exhaust resistance changing means.

Fuel control apparatus of an engine

Fuel injection increasing timing occurs differently from the timing of changing an intake air flow and an exhaust gas flow, wherein the fuel injection quantity is controlled by a detected intake pressure and an engine which increases the fuel injection quantity at accelerating comprises a system for changing an exhaust gas glow of an exhaust system by a sequential turbo control and changing an intake air flow of an intake system by a dynamic effect of an intake air. The fuel supply is delayed by the fuel injection quantity increase at accelerating. This delay and pressure difference of intake air and exhaust gas by changing intake air flow and exhaust gas flow work together to prevent the air fuel ratio from fluctuating greatly, and a good engine combustion is maintained.

Engine control system

A fuel control apparatus of an engine comprises fuel control means for controlling fuel supply means so that an amount of fuel supplied to the engine corresponds to an intake pressure on the basis of a signal outputted from intake pressure detecting means for detecting the intake pressure of an intake passageway, intake resistance changing means for changing a resistance of the intake air flowing through the intake passageway correspondingly to the operating condition of the engine, and correction means for correcting a supply amount of the fuel to be controlled by the fuel control means when the resistance of the intake air flowing through the intake passageway is changed by the intake resistance changing means.

A steplessly variable power transmission includes a load change detecting device for detecting a change speed in an engine load when an engine load zone to which a value of the engine load belongs is changed from an intermediate zone to a specific zone other than the intermediate zone. A speed ratio hold device is provided for maintaining the speed ratio at a constant value determined in accordance with the change speed in the engine load obtained through the load detecting device and for providing the speed ratio control means with the constant value of the speed ratio as a control signal. The speed ratio is fixed at a value in accordance with change speed in an acceleration pedal stroke under a kick down and engine brake conditions.

Control system for steplessly variable power transmission

The engine control system of the present invention comprises an engine output changing device for controlling an engine output of at least one of engine power, engine, engine torque and engine speed. At least two controls for controlling the engine output changing device are selected from a direct control device for directing detecting an actual value to which the engine output changing device is operated. A target value for the engine output changing device is set based on an amount an accelerator is operated to thereby adjust the engine output changing device to eliminate a difference between the actual value and the target value. A vehicle speed control device for detecting an actual vehicle speed, setting a target value of vehicle speed based on the amount the accelerator is operated, and for controlling the engine output changing device, and an acceleration control device for detecting a change in an actual vehicle speed, setting a target value of vehicle acceleration based on the amount the accelerator is operated, and for controlling the engine output changing device, are also provided. A selecting device is used to select one of the direct control, vehicle speed control and acceleration control devices in accordance with a vehicle running condition.
