A sealed storage bag of multiple compartment structure, wherein a separated condition of compartments is needed until just before the use, such as an infusion bag of a mixing type of two kinds of liquid or a bag for cooked storage food with flavoring materials. A sealed storage bag comprises a flexible outer bag; an inner bag as a rectangular small compartment having an inner storage space, which is separated, by a film member, from an outer storage space in the outer bag; a filling port for filling contents; and a discharge port for discharging the contents.

This invention provides a packaging bag for a microwave oven capable of allowing vapor generatetd during microwave heating to escape surely, which comprises a bag body comprising an upper side sheet portion and an underside sheet portion and an upper fin seal portion formed on the upper side sheet portion formed on the upper side sheet portion, wherein said upper fin seal portion is formed of heat-sealed laminated films comprising an inner layer film and an outer layer film, and wherein said upper fin seal portion comprises a non-sealed portion connecting with a container portion of the bag body, a projected portion projected from an inside end of a heat-scaled portion, and a weakly joined portion having a peel strength of 0.1 to 15 g/15 mm width formed between the inner layer film and the outer layer film at least surrounding the projected portion and connected with an outside end of the upper fin seal portion.

Packaging bag for use in a microwave oven

A standing pouch having a recess formed on the upper part of a side of the body of the pouch and spaced from the upper side of the body, and a relief connecting with the inside of the pouch surrounded by an end of the upper side, the upper part of the side and the upper part of the recess and becoming a spout by removing the end portion of the relief. The standing pouch can ensure transfer of a fluid material contained therein to another container without the occurrence of overflow problem. The standing pouch permits the variation of the discharged amount to be small and less dripping occurs.

A method for thermal transfer printing by heating a transfer sheet having a printing ink layer formed on a base sheet with a hot roll, wherein the base sheet comprises biaxially stretched plastic film, and, at the same time, pressing with the hot roll the transfer sheet against a substrate for printing, thereby transferring the printing ink layer to the substrate, wherein the substrate for printing is preheated prior to the pressing, and a transfer printing machine having a supplying roll axle for a roll of transfer paper urged to rotate in the rewinding direction by an urging force, a heat roll for performing heat transfer by pressing one surface of the transfer paper on which printing ink is not applied so as to cause the transfer paper to pressingly contact an object of transfer with a surface to which printing ink has been applied, and a takeup roll axle adapted for intermittently rotating and rewinding, for each rotation thereof, one pitch of the transfer paper having undergone the transfer, an improvement which comprises a pullback mechanism for partially pulling back, by utilizing the urging force, each pitch of transfer paper having been fed in one period of the transfer cycle before the next transfer cycle is started, are disclosed.

Transfer printing method

A container lid structure made essentially of plastics. The lid structure includes a lid frame and a lid plate. The lid plate includes an inner layer comprising a metal foil coated at the opposite sides by plastic layers and connected at the peripheral portion with the lid frame and a core made of a material which is not adhesive to or has a weak bonding power with the plastic material for the lid frame and for the plastic layer of the inner layer. The core is laid over the inner layer with the peripheral portion in an abutting relationship with the inner periphery of the lid frame. A holding member is formed on the core and bonded to the inner layer through apertures in the core. A pulling tab is also formed on the core and bonded to the inner layer through an aperture in the core.

Transfer printing apparatus

A plastic can is formed of a body member including a content protecting layer which is a tubular body formed by folding back and outward one side edge of a laminated film, bonding the folded parts such that air bubbles are not entrapped thereunder, overlapping the other side edge of the same laminated film on the bonded surface and bonding the side edges such that air bubbles are not entrapped between the side edges. An additional sheet is bonded all over the external surface of the laminated film except for a projecting stripe formed by the bonding of the side edges. A surfacing plastic layer covers the additional sheet and the projecting stripes. An apparatus is provided for forming the can, smoothing the surfacing plastic layer, forming the tube into can bodies, shaping the can bodies and sealing, lids on the ends of the cans.
