Disclosed herein is a touch panel including: a sensor substrate and a cover substrate stuck to each other. The sensor substrate includes a sensor electrode, and plural signal wirings electrically connected to the sensor electrode and extending along a periphery of the sensor electrode. The cover substrate includes one or plural conductive layers extending along the periphery of the sensor electrode and the plural signal wirings within an area not facing the sensor electrode and the plural signal wirings.

Touch panel, display device, and electronic apparatus

A conducting structure is provided and includes a first layer; a first terminal on the first layer; a second layer overlapping the first layer via the first terminal; a second terminal on the second layer; a first hole which penetrates the second layer and the second terminal; an organic insulating layer located between the first terminal and the second layer, and having a second hole connected to the first hole; and a connecting material provided in the first and second holes to electrically connect the first terminal and the second terminal to each other, wherein a diameter of the second hole is greater than a diameter of the first hole.

Conducting structure

An electronic apparatus is provided and includes a first substrate comprising a first conductive layer; a second substrate which is opposed to the first conductive layer and is separated from the first conductive layer, the second substrate including a second conductive layer, and a first hole penetrating the second substrate; and a connecting material which electrically connects the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer via the first hole, wherein the connecting material consists of a single material; and the second conductive layer is located on the second substrate on a side opposite to a side that is opposed to the first conductive layer.

Electronic apparatus

An actuator includes a first damper member and a second damper member that couple a movable body and an immovable body and each include a gel member in a tubular form. The gel member has a first end face and a second end face that are different from each other in cross-sectional shape. The first damper member and the second damper member are oppositely oriented in the axial direction, and are opposite from each other in position of the first end face and the second end face. Consequently, the characteristic variance due to the difference in the direction, in which the movable body moves, is reduced or removed in the actuator as a whole, even if each single damper member is involved with such characteristic variance.

Display device and inter-substrate conducting structure

A damper member may include a gel-like member and a first film joined to a first surface of the gel-like member in a thickness direction, in which a side surface of the gel-like member located between a second surface opposite to the first surface of the gel-like member in the thickness direction and the first surface is opened.

Included are a first cover base including an alkali glass layer, a first alkali-free glass layer provided on one face of the alkali glass layer, and a second alkali-free glass layer provided on another face of the alkali glass layer and a sensor that is provided on the first alkali-free glass layer of the first cover base and includes a plurality of first electrodes configured to detect the unevenness of a surface of an object to be detected that comes into contact with or close to the first cover base and a switching element. At least the first electrodes are formed above the first alkali-free glass layer and in a transmissive area that passes an image.

According to one embodiment, an electronic apparatus including a first substrate comprising a first conductive layer; a second substrate which is opposed to the first conductive layer and is separated from the first conductive layer, the second substrate including: a second conductive layer, and a first hole penetrating the second substrate; and a connecting material which electrically connects the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer via the first hole, wherein the second conductive layer is located on the second substrate on a side opposite to a side that is opposed to the first conductive layer.

Electronic apparatus and manufacturing method of the same

According to one embodiment, a display device includes a first substrate including a first base member and a first terminal, a second substrate including a second base member including a first surface opposing the first terminal and a second surface on an opposite side to the first surface, a second terminal located on a side of the second surface, and a first hole, an organic insulating layer located between the first terminal and the second base member and including a second hole connecting to the first hole and a connecting material provided on the first hole to electrically connect the first terminal and the second terminal to each other, at least one of the first terminal and the second terminal including an oxide electrode in contact with the connecting material.
